Best coffee, bagel and cream cheese. Yes prices are high but where prices aren't high businesses need to raise prices in order to maintain the business, employees aren't working anymore for ten dollars an hour so how is a business supposed to keep if there are not employees people complain of poor service but want to pay a dollar for a bagel. In my experience and I go there at least two or three times a week everything is good one time they forgot to put a muffin in my order they charged it but when I got home there was no muffin they called just few minutes after to apologize cause I ordered on the phone we are all humans and no perfect. I love the bagels family and friends who don't live near here and try their bagels and cream cheese always ask where they sell them. One time my husband said he was going to js deli because is cheap well I told him go for it none of kids ate them lol you can't compare definitely you get...

Maybe the bagels are good, but I had the unfortunate experience of asking a new employee for a sandwich. It was a pretty simple request, egg salad on roll with lettuce, salt and pepper. That got met with a totally blank stare, so I repeated my order. Hesitation, but the employee acted like they got it. I moved to the register where I had a view of the assembly, I watched as she put a giant scoop of egg salad on BOTH sides of the roll, she then asked, salt and pepper? I said, yes, please. Then she carefully put the 2 sides together, egg salad oozing out all sides, that's when my eyes widened and I almost laughed, the owner?, must have seen my expression and intervened and remade the sandwich. We called to place an order ahead, the rude lady that took our order decided she didn’t want to put our order through so when we got to the store we waited for 25-30 min in total waiting and arguing about our order since she said we called the wrong place just to look stupid at the end and confirm we called the right place, she just didn’t take our order. Also, she didn’t know we spoke Spanish so she was talking in Spanish with an attitude about my boyfriend. She is very rude and unprofessional. At the end, made my order wrong giving me turkey instead of turkey bacon, didn’t even ask what I wanted instead since they must’ve not have it for the day.
