Great Wall — Restaurant in Town of Woodbury

Check you receipt!!! I have been a loyal customer to Great Wall. And sadly today was my last day ordering from them. The past couple week I have been going there I order my food great on my way to pick it up. I am standing at the window waiting to be helped but it took them forever to come to the window and ask what my number was and to give me my food. In total of the whole time I have been in quarantine, I have order every week if not every two weeks. And that same problem happened every time. When the lovely lady at the window asked for money I had no problem giving her my card or cash. She over charged me twice and over charged my son twice. When ever she say the amount she always round up for you and that is not okay. The cost was 24.02 the other day and she charge us at first 30 dollars and then we called her out and she then said 25 dollars and we asked for change back cause she now owed us 98 cents. But this kept happening over and over again which is not okay. Also today my son found plastic in his food which was very much not okay. Great Chinese food take out place in Central Valley. Seating available for dine in. Good speed on cooking the order. 15min from order to pickup even when they are busy. Food is good quality. Veggies are fresh or they take the item off the menu. I order chicken and string beans a lot and if they don't have fresh veggies they don't sell it. You can see them making your food. Ordered here for the first time and very disappointed!! The chicken wings were very tasty I’ll give them that. But they decided to put shrimp and broccoli in a Cardboard container so by the time it got delivered my food was Completely soaked with the gravy. It was all over the bag and chicken wings, which made everything soggy. Like wth??? Why not just put things with Gravy in a plastic container so they don’t leak out into everything else ordered???
