I've been buying sushi at this place for years spending thousands over the years. I don't know what happened to it, but it has really gone downhill. The quality of the food has gone down as well as the level of customer service. I placed an order online yesterday for lunch taking advantage of the special price for 3 rolls as well as a bunch of other stuff that was supposed to come with miso soup. I selected the option to pay at the restaurant so I could check the bill prior to paying. We did not get the special pricing stated on the website and when I challenged the young lady behind the counter her response was: "It not my fault. You order online. You got coupon", so basically pay and shut up. Yes, I used a $5 coupon that was on the website. Does that matter? The total was still over $70. They would not correct the bill. They know us and know that we spend a lot of money there. They continued to argue with us and kept saying, "not my fault". My son even asked "Are you saying it's my fault?" Her answer, "not my fault". I said fine, you just lost a good customer. I left with my food and when I got home realized that they shorted us the soups too. I ordered a sushi lunch which was packed with fake crab and egg cake. I've ordered that dish many times there and never got that cheapie horrible stuff on it. I should not have paid at all and left the food, but we were 4 people hungry for lunch. We won't be going back. As for the 1 star for atmosphere...the place is tiny and you can hear a pin drop, so we always got take out. Their delivery drivers are horrible, not wanting to give you change. One guy attempted to walk away with a $20 tip for delivery less than a mile from the restaurant. BEWARE and always check your bill!!!

When we got our water it tasted funky and we noticed there were white things floating in all our waters. We saw a cooler of soda and knew the bottles were sealed shut so we requested 3 sodas since we couldn’t drink our waters. Two of our sodas expired over a week ago and were flat and tasted like crap. Our other friend got a sprite and it was expired since July of 2024. Each of our sodas cost $3.50 too and none of us drank them. I made the mistake of ordering a raw salmon roll and the salmon was so slimy and disgusting that I picked it out and ate just the rice and seaweed.
