Taco Bell / KFC — Restaurant in Town of Woodbury

Easily one of the most vile and pathetic experiences ever. Simply ordered a FRESCA stated no dairy at all no cheese or sour cream . Recieved order with melted cheese (always have to check to be sure.) Ask for the order I PAID for to be made correctly. The young line cook staff then walks to the window giving a disgusting attitude saying "my coworker made this and she didn't put cheese, we checked" and I stated why would I lie? There is cheese on it.. I can't eat dairy... then she shoved the bag to her manager after her argument was shot down and he gives the most appealing attitude yelling at me that there is no cheese simultaneously shoving the bag our way. We open the order and WOW, CLEAR MELTED CHEESE INSIDE. So he then acts like a toddler and huffs and puffs "what do you want me to do" ?! Of course no trust in this sad staff, they would retaliate so we demanded a refund because making the order correctly as it was stated on the receipt is to much for an inept bunch of people to do. Unfortunately, every single time I order through Grub Hub and put sauce packets into my order, they have not once been able to include those sauces in my order. Everytime I have ordered, my drink is either forgotten completely or instead of me receiving unsweetened ice tea, I get a surprise mouthful of sweet tea. Great for spiking my sugars up! This last time, I ordered unsweetened ice tea and received a watered down strawberry lemonade. When the food arrived, I opened the door immediately. It was all cold and soggy. I contacted taco bell and grubhub and niether could help me. I got credited for the FREE sauce packets! and a $5 coupon for my next order. My order was $55 + $10 tip for the driver. What does that $5 do for me? It doesn't even cover their delivery fees! I'm done with grubhub and taco bell. Too expensive, never get what I ordered, completely unappreciated...

been to a taco bell this location many of times. I love their Doritos Loco Tacos, which is a taco shell that taste like a dorito chip. This location is shared by a KFC. Went here yesterday July 27th 2023 to pick up dinner with my mom. We ordered some stuff from KFC, and ordered 3 dorito loco tacos. (i had 2 and my mom had 1) Cashier was very nice and upgraded it to a supreme taco. it was $11 each for each taco, seems like the price went up a bit. (spent $82.00 total) Anyways, got home, enjoyed both my tacos, and will be back as long as the dorito loco taco is...
