Update 7/13/2022: Went here yesterday to have some lunch before a long shift at work. Ordered a Strawberry Banana Smoothie, the u pick 2: Strawberry poppy fields salad and the chiptole chicken avacado melt with an apple. the person who checked me out was very polite and actually asked if i wanted chips, bread, or the apple. I used my gift card of $25.00 to pay for the food. I sat down and the place was relatively clean. Food came out in about 10 minutes. Did have to find a straw for my drink, but found some by the drink station. an employee who was sweeping noticed i needed help, and asked if i was okay. i was because i was only looking for the straws and found them. Food was delicous, and i enjoyed my smoothie. When i was done, the same person who was sweeping offered to clean up my dishes, and i appreciate that! thanks for making my day! hopefully will be back soon! Update 5/25/2022: Went here for Coffee and a bagel after our power went out at home. Went to the front, ordered, and was served fast. bagel was moist and soft. They had plenty of coffees from regular to decaf, to hazelnut. i choose hazelnut. it was super hot and good. food was good. however i would give 2 stars for their wifi. my phone worked, and it connected well, but my mom's computer couldn't connect. that was one of the reasons why we came here. but it's okay because sometimes public wifi can be slow. update 4/25/2022: Went here for lunch on a friday at around 11:00AM. There was no line, and i got helped right away. I ordered the you pick 2: Strawberry poppyseed salad, and the Turkey BLT. This time, i was asked if i wanted an apple, chips, or bread. i chose the apple. I also ordered the Strawberry Bananna Smoothie. i probably waited around 15 minutes for my food. Place was really clean tho. Price was about 22.00 but i finished a gift card that i had, which brought it down to 15.00. accepts cash, so that is good. The food was really good, and i definetely will be back!
Was here yesterday for a quick bite to eat since i was on break! Was nobody in line and got greeted right away. Order was accurate, although had trouble hearing the person who greeted me, but asked politely to speak up. She did. She asked if i was a panera card member and i am and quickly used the coupon and the points! As far as the food, i got the you pick 2: got the Strawberry poppy seed salad and the chiplote chicken. While the food can be a little small, It is the perfect portion for me and was rather filling. Order was ready within 10 minutes and had the perfect amount of fillings. Will be back...
Read moreSo, every week I choose a different place to bring my grandfather for lunch. I choose Panera on Larkin dr in monroe ny this week. Wrong turn! I ordered my grandfather a tuna sandwich, the cashier tells me it's $22.25 I question this price 3 times, 3 times she told me it's the price. I pay! I ask for a receipt, twice. She never gave it to me. I place another order, bagel with cream cheese, they didnt have cream cheese. That was $8. I thought about the price and it just didn't sit well, I call the store. The cashier who is also the manager, (kathy) was so nasty about this. "I dont have time for this, you should have checked the receipt (the one you didnt give me after i asked) I'm not going to argue i know what you ordered (obviously not)". Her explanation was I ordered a soup and a sandwich, i did not. I did however go up after we got our food and fussed about the sandwich cause the bread was really hard, my grandfather couldn't eat it. So she comped me a soup, after I made a remark about the $22 sandwich. Kathy was so rude, Belittling me, condescending, it was really offensive. But, here's the thing. Kathy made a mistake, Kathy over charged me, and Kathy couldn't even apologize. She offered a refund, after I said I was calling corporate, which I did... and got a gift card or whatever, like I'm ever going back there. Customers are hard I get that, but miss... maybe you should rethink your career choices, customer service is not...
Read moreWith all due respect I was debating on saying something while I was in the drive thru, but I am genuinely hoping that the manager that was there tonight does not talk bad or discipline the person in the drive thru considering you could tell he was new and needed help, and there was a girl working on salads completely blocking him from going anywhere, no one brought him my food to give out to me so I was there for a little longer than usual with a whole line behind me. Not even the manager offered to help him and it's upsetting because usually when you do fast food drive thrus you have 1 runner and 1 cashier. So please have a discussion with management at this location as well as employees on how to treat each other. Nobody helped their drive thru cashier and I get you're making the food but like if you're making the food for the order you could kindly bring it to the window while your cashier is taking orders and there maybe 3 people sitting in the restaurant that are eating. Please do right and better by your employees this is why people don't want to work in service anymore especially to be treated that way with a low pay. This was 2/20 at...
