Recently I purchased a safe when I got home after unboxing 1/2 of the item I realized it was wrong I checked my receipt and was charged for the right item I was looking for but was brought out the wrong safe. I folded the box back around the item and taped it back up. Being it is a safe, it never really left the box. I put the safe back in the truck and brought it back. I go inside to get the right item and almost immediately was told it could not be returned... I looked at them like they were crazy you give me the wrong item, and there is nothing you can do? I opened the box and did nothing else but box it back up and bring it back. It should have been let's check the receipt and what you have and make it right one way or another. I shop here a lot for fishing and hunting stuff pretty often, so it was kind of surprising to get that reaction out of these people. Really I'm disappointed that they did this to me. There are no staff willing to help at this location. I walked around for 20 minutes trying to find someone to help me get something that was on a very high shelf. After I had the cashier radio someone to help, I waited an additional 20 minutes and no one showed. I ended up getting a latter that I found and climbed it myself to get the item I needed. Thankfully I wasn't hurt. When I walked back to the cashier, I found about 5 workers huddled in a corner talking and laughing. DO NOT PURCHASE A BIKE FROM THIS STORE. The customer service is horrendous. Not even a week after buying a bike for our 9 year old the hand break broke and they will not fix it without charging for it. We also purchased a bike for our 5 year old, within minutes of riding it the chain fell off and continues to fall off. Again, will not service it without charging despite not being offered a warranty to purchase at checkout. Really disappointing customer service.
