Macy's.which used to be one of the 'Finest stores.It was a pleasure to shop there,but,it has become like the 'Flea market. Clothing in every department are lying on the floor.The sales associates refuse to pick them up,they would rather stand in the corner to gossip their affairs, some of the young trainees working outfits are disgustingly outrageous to watch.When the coupon comes out for shoppers..it is totally , a 'Nightmare. The looks like a 'Barn yard for hikers to come in and crash dead on. A friend of mine was given a bottle of cologne as a gift,which she didn"t like.so,she returned it to Macy;s where it was purchased. The cosmetic rep told her.that she stole it. Oh my goodness. What a mean shot. The scanner tag and everthing was on the box. 'Let me say this. The 'Perfume department,i always under Lock and key,which the sales rep carries the keys tied on her wrist. How is this possible for someone to steal it. It was the most expensive cologne too.. As a private eye,I can say this. Do you know the samples viles that customers are supposed to get to sample.They do not get them,because,the 'Rep;take them home themselves.These viles are supposed to be given out to customers.. then,their is a problem to find a cashier who can assist you. It is always difficult and waste of time. Shape up your staff Macy's. starting from the manager all the way down... Gone to the dogs....

When I shopped in Danbury the sales people were professional and trying to make you happy and a sale. If you couldnt find what you wanted in your size all the stores looked where it was and sent the item to you without shipping charges. Now you get a list of stores to try yourself and no one answers the phone and the ten stores accross the county I have tried. When speaking to the "manager" of the store, she tried for an hour to reach the stores on the list and also got no answer on the phone. MACYS IS NOT THE SAME ANYMORE. NO GOING OUT OF THEIR WAY FOR THEIR CUSTOMERS EVEN FOR A $200 DRESS. REALLY DONE WITH MACYS AFTER ALL...

I had ordered a pair of Guess sandals and had signed up for text messaging so I’d know when they were to be picked up. I went today and gave the clerk my license thinking she could find it fast. I didn’t realize I had the order number IN my text messages. The clerk said nothing about text messaging! Or that I may have found the info I needed thru that! She told me she couldn’t find my order and sent me away thinking I may NOT have ordered the sandals!! So now I have to make a 2nd trip to Macys and Hope she can find them this time!! The clerks should be trained to ask the customers if they got the message the order was ready by text or email? It would have saved...
