My recent purchase of Bali Shag cigarette tobacco was quite disappointing. The product I received was extremely dry and appeared to have been sitting on the shelf for far too long. Given its condition, it was clear that the inventory was not being properly rotated, resulting in a subpar smoking experience.

When I approached the owner to discuss a potential return or exchange, I was met with resistance. They claimed there was nothing they could do, which further added to my frustration. It's disheartening when a business fails to take responsibility for the quality of the products they sell.

Went down to get a couple Romeo Y Julietas..

Came in with 40 dollars, hoping to keep it under $20, nope didn't happen. Cashier told me $55, okay, went over my budget, but okay. Couldn't even see the grand total, didn't get receipt for the cash but got it for the card. Receipt doesn't even have the price of the items that were sold to me. Again, told me $55 so I gave him $40 in cash, and I expected $15 charged on the card. Instead I was charged $30 dollars. I wasn't told $70, I was told $55. So I'm wondering where the other $15 went...

Not going back here again. Tired of getting ripped off. Start giving people the exact cost, put the damn cost of each item on the receipts, if there is taxes, add them on the receipt.
