if i could give a 0 star i would. Today i sent a return package to nike and i was so shocked at how expensive their charges was. The guy who helped me i wish i got his name charged me for packing supplies when i got my receipt. I asked him what was the packing supplies that i used , he said it would be the bubbles that would put in my orders. i stood there and think, and told him my clothes came with no bubbles in it and you're sending it with bubbles it's not needed and you're charging me for the packing supplies that my order doesn't needed? He said , they have orders in the past that were damaged and it needed bubbles and it's their policy to do all that. first of all thats your problem not mine, dont put bubbles in orders that doesnt needed so u can overcharge people and steal their money. the next thing he said after that, i'm sorry i'm not taking the charge back. First off all i still can because at the end of the day its still my choice if i want to continue the transaction or not. And there he goes kept saying sorry inflation got us and everybody.he kept saying that ,and i'm here thinking this guy must have thought i'm dumb. so i left to go home i was still not satisfied with what he said.i called their office and asked to speak to a manager because i wasn't happy because everything that guy has said and how my service went and the charges i paid did not make sense. Sadly to find out that was the manager that i was dealing with this whole time. The guy on the phone told me i am right. He kept saying sorry and i am right because he was the one who overhead me dealing with this manager guy in the store. I raised my opinion and frustration and he replied saying, the owner told them to charge everything. WOW what an answer. And he even agreed for me to write a bad review because he feels the same way i feel.It's so sad. They can charge u an arm and leg. Pls check your receipt for whatever charges they make. They're literally stealing and they act like we do not know our rights by blaming inflation and telling me oh i can't take the charge back. I'm sorry i know my rights as you should and you'll never go far in life trying to steal from people, i will never ever go back. Don't get be wrong he's nice, but when i asked multiple questions something felt fishy with how they do business and steal from people by overcharging and doing unncessary charges. will never recommend this place.pls go to another UPS in Bremerton, the only reason i went there today because i have a new born and timing was my issue today otherwise i will drive to Silverdale or waited for the other UPS office in Bremerton...

When the store employee measured the package to be shipped the first measurement was 16 inches and yet she entered 17 inches into the system. (NOTE: Yes, it was exactly 16 inches per her measuring tape. I made sure to include this info so there would be no misunderstanding by anyone reading this review, and as a preemptive strike for when the owner replies with his canned platitudes and empty reasoning as he has done on all other complaints about his store, services, and practices) I mentioned this discrepancy to the employee thinking it was just a data entry error but NOPE, that was not the case. She informed me that they add 1 inch to EVERY measurement on EVERY box and then proceeded to seriously and with much conviction tell me that they have to do this because the packages expand in the planes during shipping...This is nothing more than fradulent upcharging. Needless to say I did not proceed with the intended transaction and drove less than 2 miles to the nearest shipping store that just happened to be FedEx. I would not normally recommend or promote FedEx but in this case the exception is warranted. (Note: Another preemptive stike agains canned platitudes or empty reasoning...I do not now nor have I ever worked for FedEx or personally know anyone who works for FedEx.) No season last year, but repeated process third time yesterday. Two things: 1, new owner. Said they had to be overnighted due to contents, to which I replied, not for the last two times from this store , and one made Florida still frozen with 3 day shipping. Her reply was, " oh that will save you some money!!". Then proceeded to inform me there will be a packaging charge because she had to suit up for safety. I replied it's all in the Styrofoam cooler with the dry ice like always. Tape the lid closed and put them in the box to ship. Simple. She donned a pair of rubber gloves to put bubble wrap around the cooler, taped shut and labeled the boxes. Kinda sketchy. 2: charged me $60.00 to put the 2 coolers into 2 boxes "hazardous". Handling fee. Rang me up for over $600.00. Believe if I hadn't gave my word to my family, they would not gotten these packages. The previous four nearly identical boxes I Shipped from THIS store averaged $45.00 each. She tried TO TAKE ME FOR OVER A THOUSAND DOLLARS TO SHIP 2 $45 OR $50 BOXES IN ONE 24 HOUR DAY. SINCE I WASNT BUYING IT, SHE SENT THEM 3 DAY SHIPPING. LOVELY . MY 70 THAT BECAME $110GIFTS ONLY COST ME $600.00 PLUS THIS YEAR.
