GOURMET BURGERS AND MORE — Restaurant in Tracyton

I am pretty dumbfounded right now. This is hands down the best burger that I have had on the Kitsap Peninsula and it came out of a gas station 😂 The prices were extremely fair and the flavor was delicious. The burger was cooked a perfect medium well and the meat was seasoned to perfection. The double cheeseburger left me stuffed! Cannot believe I'm writing this review for a gas station burger joint but definitely worth trying. If they were a standalone shack in Silverdale they would be the best selling restaurant on the peninsula.

To the owner, please let me help you out. Your burger to combo ratio is way off. How are you going to charge $9 for a burger and then almost $20 just to add fries? If you did your combos at around $13 dollars you would sell a lot more combos. Additionally a lot of your sides are overpriced and asking $2 for a small cup of sauce is kind of a slap in the face. I know that you want to turn a big profit fast but if you're really looking to make your business build over time good prices and delicious food is the key to success.

We got: Hawaiian Burger, Bacon Jam Smash Burger, and the El Jefa Burger. Unfortunately all 3 burger patties were overcooked. The Hawaiian burger was good. The smash burger was fine, but if you got a bite with no bacon or Jam it was just overcooked meat in your mouth the jam on its own is actually quite tasty, but it needed more of it on the burger or bun. The Monday/Wednesday special is great. $10 (without tax, was 12 total) for a meal is hard to beat. Next time im getting the mushroom burger but the basic one is very good too. Patty is cooked perfectly, not overcooked at ALL, still juicy. The horchata is the same bulk stuff u get at a Mexican restaurant, I love it.
