I am honestly so irritated with the RUDE girl that was working here during closing shift on August 15th, 2018. She could not have been any more rude, and she flat out refused me service because It was getting close to closing time and she just wanted to get off of work. I came in there shortly before closing time (I know that’s hated by most people in most businesses, however, long story short, after being in the hospital all day with my boyfriend he just really wanted subway- so I ran to the closest subway to me which was this one). It was 10:45 PM and they close at 11 PM. The open signs were on, all the lights were on and everything was lit up- if they advertise to be open until 11 I assume that at 1045 they Can still make a simple ham sandwich. The girl working, who i’m pretty sure saw me walk in, rather than greet me, walked into the back room where I could no longer see her. Then after a little while she walked out and with attitude made me feel like a nuisance to her and said “uh sorry we’re closed.” I was a little taken aback by thisBecause I’ve definitely been in there at this time of night before and had no problems. I said “I thought you guys were open until 11” ...and her response was “yeah, well... we are, But i’m already Shutting things down because I have already wiped things down and cleaned.” So let me get this straight – you’re open until 11 but you cannot make, serve or sell me any food? Is that correct? Then why are you open? What function does your business service other than making, serving, and selling food? If you can’t do any of those things why are you open? That makes no sense And I’m pretty sure that’s not policy. My guess is that you keep all the lights on because it’s a corporate business and you would get in trouble if you turn the open sign off 15 minutes before closing time. Why is that? Because you’re supposed to be open, MAKING FOOD for customers. Refusing a paying customer service before closing time Simply because you’re lazy and don’t want to clean the one knife you use to cut a sandwich in half again is probably not what someone who wants to keep their job should do. You’re causing the business to lose money by sending away customers. I’m sorry you want to get off work and leave exactly at 11, but if you advertise that you’re open till 11, you’re supposed to serve food until 11. If you want to keep your job I suggest you stop refusing customers before closing time so you don’t have to wipe down the counters a...
Read moreAbsolutely LOVE the staff here. Subway is famous for their workplace ethics. The team here really embodies those ethics.
Over a few months I've established rapport with the store manager, Linda, and a handful of the employees. Thankful for their kindness and professionalism. If they didn't let me periodically charge my battery banks here then I'd be at a major disadvantage. Truly have nowhere else nearby that I can charge at. Am homeless and living on Walmart property while i try to get my life together. If i didn't have sufficient power for my phone then I'd be unable to chip away at achieving the progress i need to make so i can advance.
As for the service and menu: The service is exquisite and the menu is complete. Personally, I really enjoy the loaded potato soup.
Anyways, if you're in the area and want Subway then i highly recommend coming here. I assure you that the money you spend is well worth it. Again, the employees here are completely...
Read moreDig ordering from the app here as well. I like the bonus points I pick up from doing it, or adding a cookie etc. They add up quick. My kids dig watching TV in the big lounge chairs if I have to make a "quick" run into Walmart, they never seem to notice how "quickly" I'm going up and down every single isle, or if I "quickly" get lost in the clearance isles/bins. The food is always fresh, facility always clean, staff oober friendly and they whip those delicious morsels of healthy goodness out like they just slapping some butter on a hot pancake. Just whip.whip whip. Out the door. With a smile and tid bit of old chums catching up banter you always feel welcome and...
