LOFT — Local services in Tredyffrin Township

I was in Paoli today and I knew Loft was having 40% off, I opened a credit card last week at Loft in Collegeville. I was ready to go shopping… I walked in around 3:15 today, store is empty. Two people at the front cash registers. No one looks up, no one says hi. I walk the whole store twice. Again, I’m the only one in the store. No one says a single word or even acknowledges that I’m in the store. Yeah, I’ll spend my money elsewhere. This is absolutely not the first time but this is happened at loft Paoli. I don’t know why I even bother thinking that something will change. Oh...

I walked in on a Saturday morning. All the women were chatting at the register. I passed one employee who looked me dead in the eye, I nodded hello but they kept walking. I walked around for a few minutes browsing for pants. Not one person said hello or asked if I needed assistance. I will take my business to another clothing store. It’s a shame other customers seemed to have similar experiences at this location. A friendly hello or some type of acknowledgment would go a long way, especially with the amount of money one would...

Nice store and nice employees. However I have been in here twice now and both times it smelled like a horse barn, not bad just like hay, it’s so odd I almost wanted to ask them if they knew why. So odd, lol.

Also I had to go get a different shirt bc the lady didn’t check on me, and when I went to get it she was chatting at the counter with another employee. I prefer not to be bothered when shopping so it wasn’t a huge deal, but it would have been nice if she acknowledged I was running to grab a different size myself...
