Update 10/9/22:
If it was possible to give the store a lower score i would.
We had a PVC pipe break today, I jumped in the car quickly and arrive at your Trenton store at 5:55.
The first words the young red head at the register said to me was "Sir you have 4 minutes". she said nothing else to me.
I quickly found a part that might work, and checked out informing her that "Sir you have 4 minutes" is not a way to greet a customer. The manager, and the old man listed in the last incident were giggling in the background.
Needless to say, i will be returning this part for a full refund, and buying the same one from home depot. I'm a local regular that spends thousands of dollars a year at this store. Today I came looking for a framer nail gun. Was about to spend $399 on one that I saw, but had questions. I spent 10+ minutes in front of the nail guns waiting, more than enough time to call the local competitor. after confirming they had one, I walked around the corner and saw the store manager in his office looking at his computer with one of his employees. Whatever was on the computers must have been way more important than my sale. I informed him I no longer needed help, left the store and immediately went and purchased from the competitor.
It will have to be a dang good reason for me to come back...

The building was clean and well-maintained. The merchandise was unbelievable and they not only had the splines I needed but had them in different colors, too. Notice staff was all very young. The item I needed I was familiar with. Wonder if the staff is able to answer questions; they aren't old enough to had very much experience. But whoever hired them--it seems--made sure they had learned enough, already, about courtesy and good...

First guy had no clue, asked a second employee who walked to the caulking and said he did't see any. Didn't check the computer or ask anyone who might know. I walked back by the weather stripping and found it on my own. Next time, I will drive a little further to go to Lowes...
