The only reason this is getting 5 stars because of a generous and courteous woman named Carol. Stopped to take a self guided tour like I have of other statehouses. Well, this one you have to have a scheduled appointment. Only time I've heard of that. They gave me a number to call and Carol called me back willing to take me through the building. Not the most impressive of statehouse but still beautiful in its own right. They just recently went through a remodel as well. Thank you so much Carol.

WOW! The New Jersey State House is absolutely beautiful! I came here to be honored for the NJCBAA Honor Society representing Rutgers University Camden School of Business and what an absolute honor to sit inside of such an amazing historical place. The history shared was incredible to hear and the architectural details are beautiful. Definitely take a tour because it is worth it!

We had the opportunity/honor to visit the New Jersey State House in JUL_FY2024 and it was an amazing experience, a great opportunity to learn more about NJ's history and legacy. We did a plant tour aroud since it was possible to visit, only with scheduled tour, and for sure it's a remarkable building. Definitely, it's a place that deserves my respect. It was a privilege.
