I would avoid the shop at all cost I went there paid $238 to get an install mind you I had my own amp my own speaker anyways it blew my amp so I went there for the second time they told me they had an amp that they would sell me so I bought the amp for 150 and literally had to sit there at their shop after they told me it was fine to come in they would take a look at it and I did the install myself at their shop once I got home the amp was overheating I contacted them asked if I could get a refund they gave me a 30 day refund and he told me he could not do that that I could buy another amp and he would take 150 off for an amp that was 360 bucks This shop is absolute trash would not recommend it to no one so I went to Walmart and bought an amp that would actually push the speaker And it works fine after he told me my speaker was no good that’s why the amp was overheating so after buying the new amp it’s been working perfectly fine...

Not sure how this guy is in business. Never shows up on time, is never there during shop "open" hours, never picks the phone up, is dishonest, no parking spots because he has parked a bunch of junk cars he bought and is going to "flip" in all the spots. I can't find one good thing to say about this place. Stay away at all costs.

Edit: I think blaming the IID company for all missed appointments is pretty disingenuous when we talked on the phone 3 days prior and I told you I was scheduling an appointment that day. Not only did you not show up at all that day, but you hung up on me when I called to inform you I was at your shop for my scheduled appointment. And then you proceeded to ignore all future phone calls or make any attempts at communication from several voicemails and texts. Went to these guys to do a subwoofer/amplifier installation. I requested that they call me if there was going to be any extra hardware they needed to install before going through with it (very common practice in car mechanic industry).

They went and added on a $99 amp kit (basic cabling and wires) without notifying me. This seemed weird that cabling would cost this much and at such a high price. I looked up this brand and these go retail for $25. No itemized invoice or receipt when checking out.

They also took 7 hours for the install when it was supposed to be 1-3 hours with very little to no communication on the actual delays.
