July 2023 - I’ve always received exceptional customer service at Zales Outlet in Troutdale, OR. This time, however, they’ve outdone themselves. There was an issue with a refund I never received a couple months ago that Zales corporate wasn’t able to resolve. It looked like I was going to lose my money AND the item I returned. I was pretty frustrated to say the least. However, things changed when Clifford got involved. He was all over the issue and bent over backwards to make things right! He and his supervisor made a bunch of calls which I’m sure took up a lot of their time and the issue that had taken 6 weeks so far was resolved by Clifford within 24 hours. He was even willing to communicate with me after hours about the status! I can’t say enough positive about the associates at the Troutdale Zales Outlet, especially Clifford! They truly care for their customers and I’m thoroughly impressed! They were all so professional and polite when I felt like I was being a difficult customer. I appreciated that so much! I had planned on no longer shopping at Zales but after this, I will absolutely be back! Thank you, guys! Also, the piece I bought today is gorgeous and exactly what I was looking for! Excellent quality and value which is exactly what I’d expect from Zales!

April 2024 - I've continued to shop at Zales Outlet in Troutdale and as per usual, I've received top notch customer service! During this last visit, I purchased a pair of earrings which Clifford helped me with. He's so kind and professional and makes choosing the perfect piece easy. He knows all about sales going on and can answer any questions I have. My husband also enjoyed chatting with him which was cool! Also, during this last visit, my 6 year old daughter got to pick out a necklace which Dess helped her choose. One thing that especially impressed me was how Dess treated her just as well as she treated me. She treated our daughter like a special guest and was so kind and patient! I know Cliff doesn't work here anymore but it was important for me to post this review anyway. I began to write this about a month ago.

My now fiancé and I had a great experience with Cliff. My fiancé had no idea what I desired in an engagement ring and relied on Cliff to guide him in the right direction. Having zero knowledge of rings and, specifically diamonds, Cliff really took the time to educate him in settings, shapes and the 4C’s. My fiancé described my preferences- simple, not overtly flashy but likes and appreciates nice things. In fact, I never really thought about what style of ring I would want. I was surprised by the proposal and equally surprised by how good of a job these two did in picking out my ring.

After the proposal, my fiancé and I went to the shop to get my ring sized and if I saw something I liked better, we could switch it. I tried on a few for entertainment, but I ended up keeping the original. It quickly became apparent how well-suited it was for me. After research on a trusting company to get some family rings sized, we chose to go to Zales Outlet in Troutdale, OR after reading the wonderful reviews of "Trish". We couldn't have been more grateful for our decision. We returned to pick up our 3 rings after sizing was done and walked out with a necklace for my husband. We go back again with Trish helping us as usual, we walked out with an engagement ring to match my wedding ring as well as a beautiful chocolate diamond ring for my husband. One more visit, with Trish helping and we walked out with a watch for my husband. If it wasn't for her character, friendliness, professionalism, and all around tenacity of her work ethic to take care of a customers needs and wants, we definitely would have went elsewhere.
