Worst customer service of this store. This store Sales Reps are biggest lier. They can lied to you for commission which they are getting from sales they are making . And leaves you hanging in air. Sometimes it seems like they have no clue what they are doing. They don't have access to any information, then what is the point of having a store for customer support? I recently switched over to Verizon and traded in phones, but it wasn't applied to my bill and they kept saying they will fix which they never did, so I had to call the customer support and get it done myself. Everytime I go in, they say they'll fix it and they keep saying they don't have access to all the information. They can't see where the credits are applied. Just now I go in and the guy, Josh, who helped us with switching over to verizon was in there and I talk to him and he said all the credits have been applied on the bill and I keep telling him, no it hasn't, but he kept repeating himself so I asked for the proof and he said he does not have an access to the information. So then on what basis are you telling me that it has been applied. I kept telling him I can show you the bill I got on my phone and it doesn't show anything on there, but he did not want to see that. Now they are telling me to call the verizon customer support because he doesn't have the information. Read moreBeen Verizon Wireless customer for over 10 years, purchased multiple phones & accessories from this reseller including my wife’s Google Pixel Phone. Little did we know that when buying a device from them that manufactures warranties are not honored. The phone is 1 and a 1/2 years old with a 2 year mfg warranty, the camera abruptly stopped working two weeks ago. We brought the phone back in to them and they to there credit spent a few hours trying to resolve it to no avail. They were adamant that the phone actually only had a 1 yr warranty and that we could pay off the current phone and upgrade early! (WRONG) After talking to Verizon over the phone they explained that since we purchased from an authorized reseller they even couldn’t do anything for us regarding manufacturers warranties. This location not only misled us but did there utmost to get another sale from us when we didn’t need it as google is going to replace the device. Read moreI had to come into Verizon this past week because my phone was acting wonky. As a 25 year old millennial I truly can usually fix my tech issues on my own however this one wasn’t going to go my way. We met with Jacob who let us know he was new and only had been there 2 weeks. His personality was not your usual sales type of pushy and assertive but instead was so friendly, knowledgable, (and when he didn’t know something he wasn’t afraid to ask for help instead of making up something on the spot.) and cared about my issue as much as I did. My husband and I spent an hour talking to him and never felt the burden of having to purchase a new phone or feel like we were pressured into buying the most expensive model they had. He was understanding and truly walked us through the whole process and instead of waiting for phone contacts apps and pictures to transfer feeling like pulling teeth, he made the process fly by.
