Our experience at Sleep Outfitters was OUTSTANDING. Dustin, the manager was amazing! He walked us through the best option for our guest mattress (everything included + bed cover) and gave us an incredible offer no one could beat. We went back and forth to their competitors but nothing beat the experience we had, the great deal we got for the mattress, box spring, frame and cover for our bed. My husband and I are extremely happy with our second purchase here, (first purchase was about a year ago for our own bed, ALSO GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE) even though this second bed is not for us, I will definitely be taking some naps in this comfy bed and I know our guests will be more than happy to stay with us. Dustin Mills was extremely helpful to me. I have gone to a buy direct mattress stores previously where I felt I was getting a great deal. It turned out I really wasn’t and my experience with Dustin really showed what good customer service looks like. The warranty/guarantee available put me at ease but I also was able to learn about all the mattresses and perks of each because Dustin knew every detail and every answer to all my questions.
