We had a really disappointing experience working with the owner of Saba Jewelers. Our company was hired to do the flooring at their store. We originally said the job would be done by Monday, but we actually finished everything early — by Saturday.

Instead of appreciating that we delivered ahead of schedule, the owner suddenly came up with an excuse that he had hired someone to “prep the floor” and decided to deduct money from the agreed payment afterward. This was never mentioned before and is clearly an attempt to avoid paying what’s owed after the work was already completed.

We have screenshots of all conversations where the owner reviewed and confirmed the details before we started the job. Everything was made clear from day one.

It’s unfortunate to see a business try to take advantage of people who did their work honestly. For anyone planning to do business with Saba Jewelers, be extremely careful — make sure every agreement and payment is crystal clear before you start, because they do not honor their word once...
