River Glen — Local services in Truro Township

I have a one bedroom and it is very spacious. Some one bedrooms don't have a utility/laundry room, some do. They also offer studio and two bedroom apartments. A lot of the apartments look outside on trees and woods and surrounded by a lot of nature and animals. Often we have squirrels and deer at our front porch and we are located in the very back, which is quiet and furthest back from the road, and our front door looks out onto woods. The complex is surrounded by other complexes, good schools, different types of churches, and not set far back off of the road. It is located around the corner from two main roads of Broad Street and Main Street where you have a few varieties of gas stations, grocery stores, and many many varieties of food. I personally love the area of my specific apartment, prices aren't too bad and I love that I have a laundry room! The kitchen is bigger than most apartment kitchens. Only flaw I really have is the amount of bugs around because of the trees and a stream, and that there's not much storage space in the apartment itself although there is a pull-down ladder to an attic...

Beware, management couldn’t care less for your safety or comfort. My neighbor would blast music from 9 PM to 9 AM, shaking the walls of my unit. Despite filing multiple complaints, nothing was done. One night at 3 AM, this same neighbor knocked on my door and repeatedly demanded that I “come outside” so he could “ask me a question.” When I refused and told him I would call the police, he called me a slur and then spent the rest of the night throwing things at my wall. Still, management took no action. I know I couldn’t have been the only one to complain about him. My Ring camera caught him stalking female residents and even chasing someone with a gun. He eventually fired three rounds into another building in the complex. Only after he was arrested — and management could no longer collect rent from him — did they evict him. Even more disturbing, my camera caught a conversation between this man and another resident (who walks with a crutch) where they discussed assaulting me. Please, do not move here — especially if you’re a woman. Management repeatedly ignored serious safety threats until it was...

This was the worst apartment I have ever lived in,every time it rained the roof would get a new water stain,there are brown streaks on the walls and also there was mold under the sink, the smell of mold was there even before I moved in,which tells me they don't care and my vehicle got keyed which I only had for 10 months,I showed the leasing office and they told me I don't know who could have done that,how they said it came across as I don't really care and they lied about my move out date, they sent a bill for cleaning and it said I moved out on the 16 of april which is a lie,I moved out on the 14 of April, I will never recommend river glen apartments to anyone, who knows what else they lied about and maintenance is a joke,the apartments are run down and the best thing that I ever did was move out of this nasty disgusting apartments, also beware they will take money from you just for cleaning...
