I waited for 5 weeks for the delivery of the amplifier that I had paid for.

Yet the amplifier had no sound. BNC exchanged it for me but I had the same problem with the replaced amplifier. They finally figured out that the version they were selling was made for 240 volt European market. Yet the sockets fit the outlets here in the USA.

I was very disappointed with their delivery time, the "defective" product, and the refund time for this expensive item. I placed the ordered on November 6th but by the time I got the refund, Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Year holidays were over.

How could a shop carry the products that were made for the electricity in another markets? The problem has consumed too much time for both their customers...

Bad place. I've Ordered an expensive item And didn't receive it Also didn't receive not 1 email, not a tracking number, nothing.

After a week I've tried calling up BNC and they told me that there trying to buy the item from a third party seller so they ship it out. Crazy.

After a few minutes i got a call back and and he told me that he could no longer talk to me. "I will refund you the money" And then he disconnected the line...

After a few minutes he called me back and said "i can't refund you because you haven't paid yet"............ I told him I have a confirmation/order number, But he disconnected the line....

So guys, if you want to donate money to BNC you can simply place...

Another dropshipping company. Customers wait weeks for delivery of orders and the seller states they're purchasing the items from third parties. That third party is eBay, as well as other online markets. Customers would get a better price by purchasing directly from eBay themselves without the middleman mark-up, and they'd get the exact same item because BnC just purchases from there anyway! Skip the middleman and bring your money to eBay, support small businesses who actually do the work of having their inventory on hand, not ones who just take money from you for sourcing an item you could just as easily source yourself and potentially save...
