If I could give a -5 I would. I visited the Trussville location first pulled into a stall and pushed the button a server came out to my car 2 times looking to deliver a online order that was not mine at no time when this server came to my car or watched me waiting in my car to be served did he ever say we are online and drive through service only. So after sitting here for almost 15 minutes waiting to be waited in he walks by on his 12th pass and I ask him if my stall was broken he replies with oh no it's not broken but unless you placed your order in our drive through or online we aren't serving any other way. So I pull out to go through the drivethrough and there is a line wrapped around the building one more car and I would not have gotten out of the stall I was in. So I decide I will do an online order and just pick it up at the Brompton/moody location on my way home. I make my order before I leave Trussville thinking that will give them plenty of time to make it and have it ready for pickup. Wrong I arrive let them know I'm there to pick up my online order and the girl waiting on me doesn't even have a clue what is in my ticket let alone have it ready. So I wait again. I am handed a grease soaked bag and asked about the drinks in my order. As I pass the bag to my passenger the bag touches my shirt and now I have this grease stain on my shirt get my drinks move out of the line to discover some of my items are missing so I go back through the drivethrough to ask about items I paid for but wasn't informed we're not in the bag and asked why the bag is saturated in grease and can I please have another and some napkins I am rudely told they are out of the items I didn't have in the bag upon asking about a refund I am told I will need to contact cooperate for a refund cause no one there knows how or what to do about it when I ask about substitutions for missing items I am told they don't do that either. So once I open the bag and reveal the sandwiches they took are not what was ordered. I try to call back to the store but get no answer. So I spent almost 2 hours communicating with cooperate a second time to be offered a $5.00 gift card not a refund for the items I paid for in advance and didn't get not even enough to cover the cost of the missing items. So I spent $33.00 for a meal for 2 that was incomplete wrong and my dog wouldn't or couldn't even eat the fries because they were like cardboard. Read moreEDIT: I came back bc I heard some changes had been made, and the lights weren't off at an odd time. They said the ice cream machine was down. It's hard to believe when that's mostly what you make your drinks with and are kinda known for in general. But, ok, at least the lady at the drive-thru was nice and pleasant. Cannot get service any time we've been here. 4 times in a few days, simply for drinks, press buttons, and no one answers. They simply ignore you. It flashes and flashes, and no one responds. We wait and wait. No customer service, no greeting, no nothing. Several times at night, they turn all the lights off and hang out in their cars while we are waiting on food. This is so frustrating. They aren't very friendly, so why waste $$$ here. Door dashers be aware. SUPER SLOW. They don't use the stickers, no cup holders, nothing. Have your own ready. Something has to change if prices continue to rise. Hite people who want to work? Who has some customer service skills? This is awful. The night crew is especially rude.
Part 2....watched employee cough up something and spit off the curb. Only car waiting in the stall and yet ni one would answer. If you are Door Dashing this location, be aware they will ignore you, turn their backs to you, and make you wait indefinitely. The bags are not sealed correctly, so you will need to do it. Just be aware this location is a nightmare on some days. It's not every time, there has been some very kind people on some days. But, not today. Just rude for no reason. We sat at the stall for about 10 minutes, and the employee said, "Pull up closer." Ok, no problem. We couldn't find a working screen on that side. I proceeded to go to another stall on the other side. Finally found one and the screen was working. Pressed the button, no one answered after about 10 minutes. I realized the person next to me was ordering, but they came after me. I moved to another stall and pressed the button. Finally, when the employee came on the mic, she said we're only taking door dash orders due to the weather, while the other car next to me is actually placing an order as we speak. So I explained to the employee that I've been here almost 30 minutes trying to order. You told me to move up, most of the stalls are either broken or the button isn't working properly because you were taking orders from other people that pulled up after me. Now it's 4 pm, and happy hour is over. However, she said the weather is bad and we're only taking door dash orders. Ma'am I'm sitting out here in the car, and it's not raining.
