JCPenney — Local services in Trussville

Never go to the Jcpenney Salon in Trussville. They extremely inconsiderate. I made an appointment online for 12/21 for 10am, only to be told my appointment would go into someone who is coming after me and that I needed to come back. I then reschedule for the next day, to receive a text from the stylist saying someone's appointment ran into mine due to their tardiness and I needed to be pushed back an hour. Very unprofessional how the situation was handled. It took the store manager and salon manager 72hours to call me back and stated the reason for my service being moved the first time was because my hair is long. Absolutely no excuse, and there was no justification in the reason I had to be put on the back burner the next day. Absolutely inexcusable- they told me I need to book in person going forth!! Why when you have an online booking site? Then to offer me 20% off if I come back after wasting my time and gas...

I was returning an item and the sales associate was not helpful, but very sarcastic and slow. She said she called the manager but did not until I called the store and she first lied and said he was out of the building. Then when she realized I was the woman that she had sent away to look for an item instead of helping me, she paged him on the store intercom. When the manager came, he said I had not been in the store that long, when I told him that I had been waiting for her to finish with a customer returning 10 plus items with unknown receipts. I even had to tell another man to go to the front store cashier cause she just let us stand there for 20 minutes. I was there at least 30 minutes. Poor customer service. Purchased a gold rope24 inch chain for my wife..she put on and it broke..so I fussed at her..took it back to JC Penny yo have fixed.was told it would cost 30 dollars to fix. The cashier saud would you like it cleaned and polished?.I said ok..couldn't cost to much more..mind you..you dont pay until it comes back..which took about a month..went and picked the chain. Was told my total cost would be 74.00 ..reluctantly I paid..this was last friday 6/3/22..I put the around my wife neck on 6/6/22..15 mins later it fell off her neck on the kitchen table..ive I've been calling all week to get some resolve..but nobody ever pick up the phone.and today it's saying phone...
