This store consistently has enthusiastic and hard working employees who genuinely seem to care about the work they do. You can tell they all love books, they have a personable quality, and frequently have good recommendations. I am able to admit that I sometimes have to cheat, and make a trip to the other bookstore that shall not be named, but I'm in a rush to get in and get out, and they usually don't have what I'm looking for, or it's picked over. It's just not as cozy as a BAM store. Today, Gann helped us out and he couldn't have been more pleasant. The manager I will use initials (SA) was very rude and not at all helpful, and when the issue was resolved (which me and my daughter received a store credit to use) I asked her where a certain section of interest was that I could find something my daughter would like, she didn't go out of her way to assist me.
