This store consistently has enthusiastic and hard working employees who genuinely seem to care about the work they do. You can tell they all love books, they have a personable quality, and frequently have good recommendations. I am able to admit that I sometimes have to cheat, and make a trip to the other bookstore that shall not be named, but I'm in a rush to get in and get out, and they usually don't have what I'm looking for, or it's picked over. It's just not as cozy as a BAM store. Today, Gann helped us out and he couldn't have been more pleasant. Was disappointed in the treatment of me and my daughter at the store on highway 280, however our problem was finally resolved after two weeks of going back and forth with management and corporate. The manager I will use initials (SA) was very rude and not at all helpful, and when the issue was resolved (which me and my daughter received a store credit to use) I asked her where a certain section of interest was that I could find something my daughter would like, she didn't go out of her way to assist me.
