Awful. No one acknowledged that we walked in. Common sense when it comes to customer service. It was very rude and awkward. Good customer service is making your guests feel welcomed and comfortable in your establishment. One girl was glued to her phone in the corner that I didn’t even notice her till we were checking out, and another had her headphones. They at least had the cups and bowls stocked and knew where the spoons were. The ice cream was opaque and icy. As if previously melted and then refrozen. Maybe something is wrong with the machine? We payed over 15$ - it’s WAY cheaper at a “Gourmet” place downtown like Big Spoon Creamery or Jeni’s (we should have just traveled the distance). Obviously, Yogurt Mountain isn’t established as a “gourmet” dessert shop, but they could barely meet the standards upon which was established. My husband and I took a few bites and felt unsettled at the discoloration and terrible texture. Do yourself a favor: take the whole family into town for some good ice cream/frozen dessert. Or even Coldstone, which is less than a mile away.
My husband and I used to love frozen yogurt shops. Yogurt Mountain used to be a hit. But this...
Read moreI specifically looked this location up because it was close to where I was shopping. I went to their menu to verify that they had chocolate frozen yogurt and pecans for toppings. Well when I got there the cashier was very nice. It took me a second to find the chocolate yogurt, then I started looking for my favorite topping Pecans. I searched both sides of the counter where the toppings were. They had everything but pecans. I asked the cashier, actually I think she was the manager. She informed what they didn’t have pecans because they cost too much per pound. I said it states on your website that you do have it. Feeling defeated I had no choice but to throw the chocolate yogurt in the trash. I drove about 16 miles to TCBY’s just to get the yogurt and topping that I wanted. #never going back to...
Read moreThis place is absolutely repulsive. I walked in with a friend’s daughter a couple of days ago and the place smelled like raw sewage. If that wasn’t enough to make us leave, I’m pretty sure the toppings weren’t kept at the proper temperature. The tiles in the floor are coming up. Everything in this store looks super run down. There was not a single employee in sight, so I’m certain we could have stolen if we wanted to. When the girl finally walked in, she was taken to a table by what I am assuming was a manager. They both looked extremely unhappy and like they were in a very serious conversation, which appeared to be the girl getting disciplined about something. This should have happened behind a closed door- not in front of guests. If you want frozen yogurt, pick anywhere...
