Urban Air Trampoline and Adventure Park — Attraction in Trussville

My family has been going to Trussville Urban Air since they opened and as a surprise for my sons 8th birthday we booked him a party on 12/4. I am absolutely appalled at the staffing of this establishment. My son and his friend (both 10) were physically assaulted by a group of teenagers (15). Now I know, kids can be wild but I had several adults that I didnt know run to find me when this happened. My older nephew attempted to intervene as these children were stomping on my sons stomach and forcibly holding him under the ball pit. I was informed by multiple adult witnesses who confirmed this was in fact what was happening. When my nephew tried to tell the boys to leave my 10 year old son alone the boys ADULT father bowed up on my nephew making threats yelling in his face. My nephew is also A CHILD. There were ZERO staff members to be found and when I was finally able to talk to a manager (Tiffany) I was disrespected and cut off mid sentence. She refused to hear my concerns. I was completely rational and calm as I was just trying to speak with someone in charge and have the cameras viewed so I could find out what actions should be taken. When asked to speak to someone above her she refused to give me any name or contact info and WALKED AWAY mid sentence. We have always enjoyed bringing our children here, but if I am paying for a party that large with that many children I would expect my guests to be SAFE. I would love to speak with someone above the managers on staff due to the absolute lack of professionalism they displayed. It is not my intention to be tacky or tasteless but I am shocked at how children being visibly injured was met by "management". This establishment should be well staffed for the level of children it sees on a nightly basis and all of the children should feel and BE safe. Staff members do not supervise in any way, like other trampoline parks do. spending close to 500$ for a 2 hour party, my child and his friend were jumped on kicked and bullied by 5 teenage boys and the manager (Tiffany) didn't even offer an apology or ask the children if they were okay.. nothing. My experience was awful. Tiffany would not hear my concerns, would not review the cameras and let me know the severity of the situation. Due to this, 5 kids left my sons party and I was left feeling a HUGE lack of customer service. The chosen manager of this establishment should put children first, listen to the concerns of paying patrons and have solutions. She was the most disrespectful manager I have ever met. I had my son and his friend upset right in front of her and she barely looked at them, didn't ask if they were okay. She walked away.

after reaching out to an owner, I was not offered any resolution or an offer of looking at the camera. Simply "I'll speak to tiffany about this" and s"orry this happened". finally got the apology that should have happened days before but too little too late. what resolution would you expect if this happened at a party you were hosting and it was your children being hurt?

great leadership comes from the top. get it together. while I know these specific incidents are isolated, you should know how to handle these situations and so should your staff. view the cameras, even if the patron cannot. have...

My son who is 8 yrs old and another little boy the same age had an incident on Sunday Oct. 6. I was at work on this day and my son rode with the little boy and his mom from church to Urban Air in Trussville.There was one female employee who had to be at least 16/17 or older who kicked my son in the private area ,clawed the side of my son’s face and threw him into the trash can! I also want you all to know that the so called Manager( who is 21/22) watched the employee do all this laughing and was right along with the co worker! Then had the audacity to tell the kids “Don’t tell your parents! I’ll get you all some candy for free bc my dad is the owner and I’m the manager “ . The other little boys mom went back up there bc they already left and had no idea what happened until we asked why did my son have all these marks on him. The assistant manager then comes out talking bout “You signed a waiver “. We signed a waiver for our kids not to get hurt on the equipment, WE DID NOT SIGN A WAIVER FOR OUR KIDS TO GET ASSAULTED BY YOUR EMPLOYEES!!!! Filled out an incident report that day but have not heard back from ANYONE!!! I’m livid that they have all these young kids who have no idea what they are doing and clearly don’t care!!! I will not be coming back to this location and will make sure I let everyone I know about this incident. KEEP AN EYE ON YOUR KIDS AT ALL TIMES AT THIS PLACE BC ALL THESE EMPLOYEES AT THIS PLACE DO NOT CARE ABOUT YOUR KIDS AND THINK ITS FUNNY ASSAULTING THE YOUNGER KIDS AND THEM BRIBING THEM WITH DAMN CANDY!!! Makes me wonder how many other times they have done this and got away with it bc the kids don’t tell their parents!!! I’m a livid that not one person has contacted me about this situation!!!! They absolutely have the wrong people in charge and clearly do not know how to run a business....

I had such an amazing experience here last week. I had an impromptu birthday party for my two boys on a Saturday. It was their busiest time of the day and I couldnt pay for the birthday package since it was last minute and they were all booked up. I had a party of 6 adults and 6 children along with two homemade cakes that I brought. Even though it was my fault for not booking ahead of time, they went above and beyond to meet our needs. They offered to store our cakes for us and checked in each of my guests with a smile on their faces. While every member of the staff was kind and friendly, I have to mention that the manager that day, Mr. Richardson and the GM, Miss Arianna were the ones that gave us exceptional service. I have to admit, I was quite a lot to deal with that day and both of them were just so gracious and helpful with their hospitality. I will most definitely be returning with my children VERY soon, as Mr. Richardson presented me with some free passes to use in the future. I am so impressed with the level of service that they showed me, that I even shouted them out on the official Walmart Facebook (I work in the bakery, so it was the least I could do) to make sure all of my co-workers, customers, and community knows where to take their children for some awesome fun, amazing entertainment, good food, wild adventures, and all birthday party needs. And they know they will be in good hands under the supervision of Mr. Richardson and Miss Arianna. And lastly, I’d just like to give a quick shout out to the man who was working the rope obstacle course that day. You made a scary thing feel safe to my boys and their friends. You even convinced me to face my fear of heights and try my hand at it. I succeeded and was cheered on by the whole party because of that. I didn’t get your name, but thank you for showing people that we can be brave and we can do difficult things.. I love everything this place has to offer.
