Office of Resource is answering all calls for the rest of the offices there. No assistance at all. Census office will not answer even though they say their office is open for business, their mail box is always full and CANNOT leaves messages! Come on people, answer you calls and help. The pandemic makes it worse but sitting behind close doors doesn’t show your working at all. I had to write a letter just to get a CIB and was trying to call now for status and nothing.
