Just because food is fried doesn't mean to soak it in grease while it sits under the buffet heat lamps. No wonton soup, one of my favs. My fiance said, "i like the rice noodles," so i served some. I asked her, "are the noodles supposed to be stiff," she said, "they must've dried out". Read moreI ordered a trey of Orange chicken and Shrimp fried noodles. It not the same food or cook. Shrimp Fried noodles were dry,sticky and hardly had any Shrimp in it. And if we did find any it was rubbery and chewy. The Orange chicken was overcooked and dry. Almost like e ating beef jerky. It use to be soft,moist, flavor full, and good at one point in time. But it's not the same anymore. Need to retrain your new cook and need more quality control on orders...
