This has to be the most unorganized subway I have been to. We first complained when there was a line of people and the staff didn't want to go into the back to get more ingredients for our sandwiches. It had to be the saddest most overpriced wrap with less than half the ingredients and my sub with just meat and tomatoes. Nothing else. All that was said to us was that they would look into it. During COVID-19, we are all having a hard time. I did online ordering to do my part and have minimal contact. There were signs posted everywhere about needing to do online ordering. I did. I am trying to get in to pick up my sandwich and they will not open the lobby door or come out to see what I need. I am trying to call from my phone, but they don't have their number posted. I am just standing there with 3 employees watching me. I finally get a hold of them and they are questioning me like they don't have my order. I have to describe each sandwich (what kind of bread, cheese, veggies, toasted, size....). If this was a normal day, I would say I was there for pick up and say the name. Not repeat the whole order. I have no idea why three people would just stand there while there is a line of people. Obviously, we are all there for the same thing. After describing my order and waiting 15 minutes, I left. I told them to cancel my order as it was a 15 minute ordeal to pick up a sandwich, and it shouldn't take 15 minutes for them to make it after i just told them item by item what I wanted. 30 minutes for an online order. They then gave me the run around saying that I needed to go online and cancel (not true). As I was about to cancel, they did it on their end. For me, I will only eat subway out of town. Which is saying something as there are only a few restaurants...
Read moreWe visited this Subway on 9/ 29 on our way to Monument valley. We got helped by a female employ who was new.The new female employ tried hard , but didn't know what to do with our order & kept ringing up our 6" long sandwiches as foot long ones !! That took extra few minutes ! I tried to tell her many times, but kept making the same mistakes in a row & in a loop !! She raised her voice saying " I KNOW !" out of frustration, instead of saying " thank you " .The other male worker helped her a lot & he was apologetic. He was very nice . She was nice , too , but didn't need to raise her voice at me . She wasn't rude , though ! The foods were good. They were out of onions ! We went in for lunch. Nice restaurant, but not dog friendly !! The rest room was nice .We wish if it was a dog friendly, although they let us dine in because my sister's dog was a certified emotional support dog . Vegan wrap & vegan sandwiches were tasty ! We wished if she didn't let her sleeves touching our foods when preparing 'em, though ! But, that happens often everywhere ! We also wish if Subway starts using vegenaise , or any vegan mayo would be very nice & attract more...
Read moreAfter spending $25 at this store I faced Bathroom Drama & Racism from a Manager: A Chinese-looking manager was ridiculously stingy and Rude.
My mom needed the restroom urgently. She asked for the code, and the manager smugly says, "WE HAVE TO LET YOU IN." Waited 5 minutes, asked again—same robotic response. After the 4th request nearly waiting for 15 minutes and zero empathy, another worker finally opened the door. What a joke!
Subway's Racist Circus: This was the first Subway where asking for extra sauce felt like negotiating a peace treaty. The customer ahead got all the extras in sub and on SIDE with a smile. When I asked? Suddenly, they’re rationing like it’s the apocalypse. “Can’t give you a cheddar cheese sauce on a Veggie Delight” ? What planet is this? Never faced this nonsense anywhere else in the U.S.
I am ordering veggie delight that doesn’t have any kind of meat they already are saving lot of money by selling this stupid stuff, and they still wanna be so stingy.
Handle your business. Be prepared. Don’t expect kindness, Subway office need to take action against such racism in their store or else they are soon going out...
