DO NOT GO HERE! My fiance and I have never been so disappointed! My fiance went to Oxford to purchase my engagement ring off of a recommendation of someone he worked with. He picked out the ring, had it customized with a different color diamond and paid extra for resize since the owner told him that if he paid a little more he would use gold and it would be thicker and more sturdy. In total he spent over $1000 on the ring. He picked it up and by the time he proposed to me that night, 3 diamonds had fallen out! The ring had only been in the box in his pocket! Later that night, we noticed another diamond had fallen out, with me not doing anything! I wore it that weekend and when I woke up on Sunday morning the band had cracked where it had been resized! 3 days after he had picked it up he took it back to show them the diamonds that had fallen out and the broken band, we explained that I have no children, pets or a physical job and there was no explanation for this to have happened within 3 days and they still made us pay to fix everything! When we picked it up, the diamonds that were replaced are not the quality of the others and they almost look fake. Had a great experience purchasing a bracelet at Oxford today. They had a wild selection ranging from modest to almost unbelievable, and could not have been nicer with giving me their time and expertise showing me various options with absolutely no pressure to make a purchase. I was there for a simple solid gold bracelet or small chain to give as a gift to my husband. I had stumbled upon the place after another store in the mall said they may have what I was looking for, it was not my intention to be there. Little did I know the person that helped me was Suny and Jeweler, a known Atlanta based maker of custom jewelry for fighters, ballers and rappers; I had no clue in the moment. I guess you would say his work precedes him. Once I got home I actually read the name on the box and put it together, so was even more impressed by the way I was treated considering how small potatoes my purchase was for him. I first visit and purchase several pieces of jewelry from Oxford Diamond over 20 years ago. I moved far away for several years. When I returned to Oxford for some jewelry repairs I was so disappointed in the poor workmanship ąnd the dishonesty of the salesmen. I asked for a ruby to be placed in ring I brought in but what I got was a purple/pinkess funny color stone. The stone did not even fit in the setting. I'm sure it will be falling out soon. I also took a emerald ring in at the same time, it needed to be secured because it was loose. They did not fix nor did they buff scarchs out.
