Attention scammers!!! Don't buy from them! My wife was sold a rolex watch for $9000 that showed a defect namely a displaced dial 2 weeks after she received it!!! We contacted them and they asked for photos! We sent ! We doubted the quality and authenticity of the watch!! It's a Rollex, how can it show a defect in just two weeks? !!!! Only then did we think that this is the first time we have received such a luxury item without a certificate of authenticity! So far, whenever we have bought diamonds or expensive watch brands, they have arrived with a certificate of authenticity and a warranty card!!! In this case, these documents were missing!!! We asked to return the watch and they to refund our money !!! They set a deadline and gave us a deadline by which the watch had to be with them! The time was very short, but we did our best and they received the watch in the time they wanted !!!! They didn't like that and tried to lie us that they didn't receive it, but my wife had sent them the package with the receiver's signature option, and after we sent them the USPS confirmation for the $9000 signature watch, there was nothing they could do and there was silence!!!! Update I ordered a item, the item came the item was to big. I sent the item back the following day. Customer service was great they said it would be 3 weeks or longer until I got the item back because they have to remake the item. So I went online shopping 2 weeks after I sent item back. Guess what I found! the item they was selling me was made in 2017 selling for 1100 dollars their selling for 2400 dollars. That’s cool just part of the game right? I contacted the ppl who made the item. They said “it will cost you more than the actual ring to remake.” So we not going to remake the item. Bottom line I was never going to get the item. So I asked them for my money back. They said they was going to charge me 5 percent instead of 10 percent 80 something bucks cause the item had scratches on it. Lies I sent the item back The day after I received it cause it was too big. I didn’t mind them Charging me 5 percent cause I gave them a difficult time....
