As a heads-up, there's parking behind the store. They have a sign that mentions it, but it's easy to miss while driving, especially coming from the east, and once you're in that narrow strip of parking spaces in the front, there's not really room to do anything but reverse back onto the main road, and right by an intersection to boot. Heaven help whoever uses that handicapped parking.
"Antique Mall" is a generous and only technically true description. They have booths, but the store is scarcely half the size of the competing antique malls on Speedway and 22nd (respectively). Their clear specialty is actually Southwestern jewelry, and almost all of the remaining selection seems to be stuck in a Southwestern theme (this may just be a matter of luck, but odds seem to be tilted in that direction). If you aren't a big fan of mining, ranching, or native artwork, I wouldn't recommend it. If you are interested in such (and lack the time to take a trip to Bisbee), this store might be worth a visit.
The staff came off as overzealous. I was indeed asked if I wanted help: on entering the store, on exiting the store, and every time I passed through the line of sight of one of the staff in the short while that I was there. They seemed a little too surprised to hear the answer "No, thanks." It seemed to be a foreign idea to them that someone might want to browse at an antique store and might not find anything they wanted on that particular visit. I guess nobody told them that their selection changes. The skeptical explanation is that their business depends on the staff "working" customers on items that said customers don't really want, but perhaps they...
Read moreMy fiancé went here about a year ago. I’ve always wanted to go here, living in Tucson (grant and country club so I know which shop I’m talking about) my whole life and I’ve always loved antiques.
We looked around, and didn’t see anything to buy, except an easel (I say easel, but it was more like 3 4 feet long pieces of wood and a chain holding up a dinky sign) that wasn’t for sale originally, or antique, just their sign stand. They said they’d Check the price online and came up with $80 for this thing that should’ve been $14. We were more than polite the whole time. Upon reaching the door to leave one of the white haired women saying “thanks for hanging out”.
And it’s funny that these people just dismiss any 1 star raising with a “YOU have the wrong store”
Blows my mind, because we’re real people that had a real negative experience there.
Most businesses want to reach out to people and see how they could do better, not call them liars online too.
(Updated) I looked on the website, and the two people in front of the books are exactly who I talked too. There was one other lady, and it was more like 2 years ago.
I remember saying to wow to the amount of Native American items that you were selling.
Like you couldn’t have waited until we left the store completely? 🤦♂️
So rude and unprofessional.
The older guy operating the pc like some almighty answer machine was the best part. I wish I saw what he looked at online to get that $80 price.

Read moreI went into this surprisingly really large antique store last month to sell a good amount of silver.. I really had no idea where to take it, I just figured because it was a pretty old silverware set, that perhaps an antique place would want it. I picked this one at random, but I was SO HAPPY I DID!! As soon as my husband and I walked in the door, two of the nicest people you'd ever want to know greeted us and offered immediate assistance. As it turns out, they weren't even interested in purchasing my silver, but the gentleman primarily helping us Dwight, he still took the time to sort through everything I had brought, taught us a little bit about how to spot real and fake silver, was even kind enough to recommend a place in Tucson that according to his personal experience, he thought paid out the highest dollar amount on silver. Both people really went out of their way to make sure my husband and I were well taken care of...even if not by them. Further, they have a really cool store that is SO MUCH bigger then it looks from the outside and it's full of cool things and even better in my eyes, very kind people working there. Recommend highly this...
