I went there today and spent a lot of money , and ordered 2 of their biggest hamburgers and some churros and a large milkshake , now I gave the dude the coupon for the shake and the bill came up to way too much money and I let him know and this dude tells me that he did not receive the coupon which was put in his hand and the coupon was half off on the shakes , he was really rude and cursing and saying that he did not have to do "A DAM THING", and then tells me that they do not have a coupon for half off but only a dollar off and this dude gives me a dollar and pennies back . So I asked to speak to the manager and he says that he is the manager ! And I was like Wow You are the manager and you are acting like this and talking to paying customers like that ? What kind of place is that that that the manager is keeping the customers money and to aware of what's on the coupons that come into the store . And they stole my money and did not give me my change that is owed to me for my milkshake , that is stealing , if I took my shake and walked out that would stealing right ? Ok so why would you think that they could get away with stealing My Money !!!! I am going to call their corporate office and let them know that they owe me some money for my milkshake and I want My Money Back , Right Now !!!! So I will find the district managers number and talk to Whoever runs that store and get this handled and file a Formal complaint against Chuck the manager at that JACK IN THE BOX . And as everybody can see that store has problems Big Time from the food not cooked right and making people sick to the manager talking real bad to a customer and not giving money back . That is stealing ... And gave me 2 different totals Before she did this and really got my money , that is so sad and we All liked JACK In The Box . Read moreStaff very unpleasant and the supervisor very unprofessional!! He blamed every mishap on the employees and one particular employee the day I'm responding about. He also talked down to the employee and embarrassed him in front of the five customers in the lobby. Took my order and proceeded to have me wait 25 mins with out checking or acknowledge the fact were waiting. I asked for a refund bc I had to leave for work in Oro Valley from the store I was at I Tucson on Grant Rd near Dodge Ave or Rd if I'm not mistaken and the supervisor told me to write my name and number and wait for a phone call later that day for another supervisor to call me to come and get my refund. That was the final straw and very unprofessional. How dare you ask a customer who received horrible service, no acknowledgment while waiting, listening to you blame everyone else for the mishap in your store instead of owning the incident. When that happens in a work place you never place blame on employees especially since you're the boss. You have to own it as a whole and rectify the situation without placing blame. He was really really obnoxious and insensitive to the employee who was clearly loss and very new or untrained and he was embarrassed. But that young man kept his cool and took his lumps better than I could have. He deserves a promotion or some incentive for not losing it which I wouldn't have or could have if it was me. Read morePlaced a mobile order at your 3326 W Grant Rd, Tucson, AZ 85716 location and the system accepted the order. This location claims to be open 24 hours. Then when I got there they said they were closed, even though it's a 24 hour location. I said ok fine then give me my money back, and they said sorry they can't because the drawer is closed. I'm sorry what? Then open it back up! A 24 hour store should be doing business 24 hours. The person said they couldn't do anything for me so I left extremely angry. Fast forward the next following days I've been calling this location to see if they can now make my food and THEY NEVER ANSWER THE PHONE. I just went in person and they again said that they couldn't make my food because no manager was present. I asked for the number to the manager and they lied and gave me the number to their store that I've already called like 20 times. This location needs to get their act together and I will be sending this to corporate as well. Will be posting on Google reviews as well. If you can remedy this situation I will update my review.
