I went into get a beverage adult beverage and the lady at the counter all the way down on the opposite end of the liquor told me I needed to go to self checkout and ask the lady down there to get me the bottle she told me I can't do that you have to go down to the other register well after waiting in the line six people in front of me to find that out I had to wait in line again for six or seven people to go in front of me so the lady at the register could actually go get the alcohol for me they were rude and considerate and I will never ever shop...

Fry's employees very nice, but on December 3, 2020 after walking around for 1 hour while waiting for my prescription.... I attempted to exit through entrance. Stopped by "Ashley"...i was holding on for dear life to shopping cart because of pain. Explained to Ashley softly that i was disabled, she shook her head "no". Also, told her my taxi was at entrance door. She totally ignored my statements & made me go out exit. She's tall & well built. I felt bullied & embarrassed because people...

My husband and I love shopping at Fry's. The store off of Valencia is very nice. The Produce, Deli, Bakery and Seafood Department is the best. They offer a wide variety of product. They have great prices and good sales weekly. The best part is they give back to their customers in digital coupons and fuel rewards. We always save on gas when filling up.
