I recently attended a birthday party at this location with my sons, who were excited to use the trampoline area. When I asked about the pricing, the cashier, Jazmin, mentioned that I could either pay full price for full day passes or get a discount with the purchase of a game card. I thought I could get the discounted price for the second jump pass with the game card purchase, but Jazmin initially said it wasn't possible to add it at that point. After a bit of back and forth, she eventually added the second jump pass, albeit with a bit of annoyance. However, the real issue arose when she put the wristband on my child so tightly that it was causing him pain. I had to ask another staff member to help us remove it and provide a new one. Overall, I was disappointed by Jazmin's behavior as it seemed she was frustrated with her job responsibilities. While I wanted to speak with a manager right away, I didn't want to miss out on the birthday party fun. Despite the incident, my children had a great time, but I still feel upset about what happened. It's important for staff in service-oriented roles to remain patient and kind, especially when dealing with children. I hope that this issue can be addressed so that others don't have a similar experience.

Someone please tell me how it took another FULL 30 minutes for the jalapeño & cheese dippers to be done (making the total for the cheese bread one full hour)? I walk up and open the box only to find that the order is BURNT. I have already been here MUCH longer than I needed to be. I can't wait, I HAVE to leave. I get home and find that along with being BURNT, there is almost no cheese inside! There may be ½ teaspoon in each dipper, but I believe there is even less than that. This is absolutely unacceptable! I paid $37 for a SMALL pepperoni and sausage pizza (which WAS edible), an order of these nasty, chesseless, burnt dippers that were not edible, and a SMALL soda???? NEVER AGAIN! Next time I'll just skip the fundraiser and hand over cash to the school.

Same price or maybe cheaper for play cards and pizza! Plus, excellent service, environment and food! Man If I could I would get a refund with a quickness!

I had my daughters first birthday here yesterday I’ve never hosted or really been to Peter pipers during the start of the party there was some miss communication with my reservation about cups for the kids to drink something and when I went to speak to the girl in the front she apparently started crying bc I was “ rude” when I wasn’t I was respectful and asking for clarification about it off the bat she already knew what reservation I was referring too and started to act very annoyed bc I was asking questions I then ended the conversation and said Thankyou and went to tell my husband we would have to buy the cups which is no problem then the party planer supervisor (ANDY or ANDREA) unsure that’s what was given to me by the other manager told me the girl was crying bc i “bullied her and was aggressive trying bully her into giving me cups” ANDY came up to me stating “if you are going to continue to be rude to the 15 year old child in front I will personally have you and your items removed” and when trying to figure out what was going on she then yells at me Infront of my party stating “I’m not going to argue with you ma’am this is your only and final warning because your party can end now” I was baffled and extremely disappointed and embarrassed the little girl who apparently was crying so bad decided to sit and eat at a table pointing exactly infront of my party and point and laugh staring at everyone in my party with another employee then ANDY and some other employees then had a security guard come in and stand by them and laugh and stare at my party as well trying to intimidate it’s extremely unprofessional and was very uncomfortable for everyone ANDY then came multiple times harassing my party and being extremely rude to everyone my cousin who is not from here didn’t know u couldn’t bring cups and ANDY came up to me yelling to leave and remove the cups and or we had to leave too I tried to explain she didn’t know and ANDY yelled again very aggressively close to me stating “IM NOT GONNA TELL YOU AGAIN” then about 45 min after she comes back stating we have “15 min to pack up and leave or they will come and remove your items” In the end speaking to another employees there the girl was never crying she just wanted a excuse to apparently leave early I don’t understand what the hostility of these girls were or if they knew someone in my party but regardless the issue to be bullied and harassed at my baby’s FIRST birthday!? it should have never happened I am extremely disappointed in the service we were given especially when they didn’t have to do anything I hosted my own party and cleaned my own area I was told by a employee and the general manager to call corporate but at this point I don’t even want ti deal with Peter pipers and it’s sad bc this was my first time ever being with them and this was the outcome do better and train them better especially with customer service this day was supposed to be special but instead it was full of negativity and hostility by a manager at that? The party planner manager? If this is how u treat your parties then maybe that isn’t the job for you respectfully Peter pipers has always been a staple in my husbands life it’s his favorite place and to have his daughters party ruined like that never been so...

We put a deposit down for our daughter’s 15th birthday party a month in advance, my wife showed up twice before the party date and spoke with two managers insisting everything will be taken care of and we would have a host. Last night was far from ideal! They didn't change our reservation to a party package, even after they explained what the party packages were. They had us set up as a “Do It Yourself” even though that was not what was told to my wife. The manager for the night was hiding in the back and the teenagers that work there shouldn’t! One girl had an attitude the ENTIRE night! Any complaint she got, she would start punching her hand then start talking crap about the customers while turning and looking at them. Needless to say, I want all my money back! Most of our guests left because you had no X-Large pizzas left and nobody was helpful in the ordering process! We had to go back up a 2nd time and didn’t even get everything that we ordered! It was closing time before we got half of our order which was only our pizzas! There was a whole bunch of chaos between throw up being all over the floor in our area and other people being just as upset! This place is over priced with very inexperienced employees behind the counter. Managers clearly had no desire to be present with angry customers because they were extremely short-staffed. I don’t know if it had to do with us being a gay couple but the service was atrocious! Our 15 year old daughter didn’t even get to have her cake due to the horrible delay and misinformation. When asking for a corporate phone number I was told that there wasn’t one. I guess this place is all about ripping people off so I need whoever is responsible for reimbursements to contact me back asap. None of our family will return due to the poor quality in everything you all provided last night. I just want my money back for all the items and play cards we weren’t able to use because of your poor customer service! Oh and they lost the party supplies we purchased and they couldn’t be found for awhile. Management is there to be the face of the establishment and treat people with respect. They are not there to belittle and hide in the back when customers get upset. Saying that we are EXTREMELY frustrated and disappointed is an understatement. We expect someone to reach out and provide a full reimbursement for everything we spent last night! None of our orders were correct and did not receive half of what...

I usually don’t ever have a problem with this location or the “pizza express “ but today I had the worst customer service, I’m walking in during a dinner rush to pick up an order I had placed over the phone 20 mins prior to my arrival and as I have before in the past walked up to the express lane for my order. As I’m waiting an employee came up to me and directed me to the dine in line which was completely full with people waiting in line to place their orders. I asked for the employees manager because she kept trying to argue with me on how the express lane was closed and how they had no register there, I informed her I was paying with debit card and she continued to blab about the register not being there which in my case isn’t even needed if I’m paying with card and there’s an obvious functioning debit card reader lol anyways she kept trying to argue so I then asked for a manager because why even have a pizza express lane for pick ups then? As I’m waiting for the manager another employee comes and opens the register and proceeds to remove the “cash drawer “even though I had just been told there wasn’t one LMAO Once the “manager” came I proceeded to ask him why have an express lane if I can’t simply be helped for 1 minute to pay for my order and go on about my day. So the manager goes on to tell me they have “certain days” in where the express lane is open which no sign or those “days” posted anywhere which I’m assuming he was lying about because how are we the customers supposed to know what “days” your open with no sign? Which I asked him and then he switches his excuse for not being open to he’s “understaffed” and doesn’t have anyone to work that register yet I counted about at least 8 people on shift, and you mean to tell me you can’t have 1 person take a few seconds to hand out an already made ordered and collect payment? Like what kind of management is this? So not only was my order already placed 20 mins before plus the 5 mins I spent communicating with people with no common sense I had to wait another 10 mins just to pay and have my pizza instantly handed to me when I could of been out in under 1 minute had the “pizza express” been open! Do better and send someone in who knows...
