Hamburger Stand — Restaurant in Tucson

I’ve been eating at this Wienerschnitzel for years, and I usually love the food — especially my go-to order: 2 chili dogs, regular chili cheese fries, and a strawberry lemonade. But this time? Everything was off.

First off, I had to wait way longer than usual just to get the food. And after all that, it wasn’t even worth it.

The chili on the dogs looked weird — more brown than red, like it wasn’t fresh or made right. The fries were pale and soft, like they didn’t even finish cooking. Not crispy, not hot, just disappointing. Then the strawberry lemonade, which is usually my favorite, tasted bitter and had a weird smell. I had to spit it out.

I’ve had this exact meal so many times before, and this one was just bad. It didn’t taste how it’s supposed to at all. I honestly couldn’t even eat most of it — and I hate wasting food.

Usually I order food from there and there's no issue. For some odd reason, I ordered my usual order of chili cheese fries and as I open the box, it's got onions ALL. OVER. IT. Never have I had to ask for "no onions" on my chili cheese fries and for some strange reason, there were onions all over my chili cheese fries. Onions are absolutely repulsive to me and I quickly lost my temper. I did not call the restaurant to complain, mainly because I was not going to make the drive back to have it corrected. Had a horrible experience today at the hamburger stand on 12th and ajo. My son bought a meal with two chili dogs fries and drink. Paid 8.00 for meal. Would expect to not have to come back and complain cause I kept calling to complain about the meal the hotdogs had no meat just sloppy made. Cashier by the name of Lucinda was very rude and slammed the register cause I was not happy with the meal.
