I went into the store and ordered a pinata for my daughter a "Bluey" pinata which was the theme. I paid the deposit They gave me a receipt letting me know when to pick it up because it had to be ordered and delivered from someone in nogales. When my baby's godparents went to pick up the pinata they had sold it to someone else. I'm not sure how they do that when it's reserved and a deposit has been made. When I called to ask them what they could do to fix it, they told me they couldn't make a new one because they're ordered and wouldn't do anything until they talked to the owner. Mind you I attempted to call the owner and never received an answer. My daughter's godparents ended up waiting there at the store for over an hour while they attempted to contact the owner. I asked that either they gave me back my money or they give me another pinata which they were refusing to. After an hour and I think my compadre finally got upset with them, they gave him a Moana, pinata. I was really disappointed because they were not apologetic at all and did not really take any accountability for their mistake or want to make it right. After the whole thing I have never been contacted by the owner to even discuss what happened and or to apologize. I know it's just a pinata but people take plenty of time to plan special events for their families and the least they could do is take accountability. That is why I would never go again and never recommend this store to any family...
