This was a lot of fun - Friday night it was hopping too, with a steady stream of cars in the drive through.

So many choices, if you're not sure what to order (like us), it can be a bit overwhelming. Everything LOOKS so good, but there are many things with unusual flavor combinations, so making an informed choice is probably important.

I ordered a popsicle with chocolate and nuts on the outside (almonds I think, very good), and (I think) banana flavored ice cream center. My bro got a pistachio ice cream pop. Both were very good, but we noticed that the banana and pistachio flavors were very mild (actually was difficult to tell mine was even banana - it had the correct color, but a very faint flavor of banana). Not sure if that is consistent across the menu tho.

Parking can be a challenge (at least on busy weekend nights). The drive through area kind on crosses the lot at close proximity to the parking area, so it cuts off many of the parking spots in one area. Still, with patience (if anyone still HAD patience anymore these days), you should be okay. And why would you want to miss this experience and NOT go inside the store?

Oh, fun experience. We ate ours outside, and there was a family just inside the window across from us with a cute little hijo making silly faces at us thru the window!

Had gotten the usual Raspado I ALWAYS do but this place was open since the one we always go to was closed for the night, mine tasted like old fruit. There was even a few fruit flies in mine. Didn't see them until we had gotten home and put in the freezer because they tasted really bad and we were going to bring them back the following morning because it was already too late and we usually always immediately start chowing down on our Raspado but they were already kinda warm and had been pre made instead of being made when you order like every place dos except here. Idk if it was just an off night or what and I am always the first to give the benefit of the doubt and always the first to give 2nd chances and listen with an open mind open ears and a closed mouth but the girl was already rude when we walked in. Has no respect for herself or job and I think we would have been returning customers if the food wasn't premade with old fruit because it looked kinda pretty but tasted like old gross fruit. Overall I really enjoyed the "Aguas Frescas" and "Coctel de Elote", I personally really enjoyed what I got, a little overpriced so I cannot go back as much as I would like too. With that said, they have a problem with organization and image. When you enter you don't know where to order, you just walk up to any random person, it would be helpful if they had a sign that said "Order Here" "Pay Here", you know things like this. The staff if friendly and the only thing I did not like was one staff member just standing by the register on their phone, there were napkins on the floor and other things that looked like they needed cleaning... ahem its another reason I mentioned image.
