The food is delicious, however if you want to try this place, make sure to go early. This place gets packed, and found favorite such as the Cabeza tacos and birria sell out fast. The lines get long, but this is just an indication of how good the food is. The homemade salsa’s are amazing packed with flavor and heat. Our favorite has to be the oil salsa which pairs great with any of their menu items. Usually, I am not much of a pork meat fan, however, there are Carnitas are to die for. Due to their popularity, if you decide to try this, please make sure you do it with a patient mind as it gets very crowded and at times the wait time in line and to find a table can be pretty high. But I promise you it is worth the wait. If it’s your first time there I recommend you getting a taco of each of their meats this will be the best way for you to find your favorite item. Let me 1st start off by saying the food is AMAZING!! I'm giving 1 star to the girls up front. EVERYTIME and I mean EVERYTIME I get a to go order and try to get more Cabbage and more pico (cause they fill those to go cups to half way even if it's 2lbs of carnitas) they have a panic attack "you already have enough" is the reply when you ask for extra veggies, I'm like "chill girl! Frys has 2 for $1 cilantros and Wednesdays they have discounts too have you tried the digital coupons? The absolute best carnitas in town!! This is the kind of place that should be more well known than BK or Guero Canelo (though those are delicious as well!). Their food is incredible, and it really shows that they put the time in to make it. Their carnitas are obviously the star of the show, but their cabeza and birria are also amazing. The condiment bar is wonderful, both their red and green salsas are amazing. They also make their own corn tortillas, fresh with every order. If you've never had a freshly made corn tortilla, you've never actually had one. They are incredibly soft, strong, and they have a wonderful mild corn flavor that compliments any filling you put in it.
