Although The people were nice the nails are just not good. I went in for an acrylic, fill, and with the design and asked if they were able to do it before we started. Not only are my fingers not filled, but the paint is just horrendous. Every time they ask me how I liked it I asked him to fix the lines and Fix up the nail. I asked for normal powder, and they kept insisting that the powder they wanted to use was better and prettier. Shape was beautiful, but I’m sure that was from the other nail salon. After the fourth time of asking them to be fixed it got to the point, I just wanted to leave. I called the next day and they wouldn’t going to get me in for a week or so until I demanded to just take the pain off. I don’t mind paying for good nails and a good design but spending $110 on nails that weren’t the way I wanted them and I had to come back get everything removed off the nails and walk out with blank nails. They offer me to get free service. Obviously I didn’t want that. He argued with me the entire time telling me that they’re doing the design by hand and I need to understand that.. Nail salons do it by hand, and I’ve never had an issue with any of my nail designs. I only got $30 back even though they took off everything they used on my nails. And I still walked out with sanded down, paint all over the back of my nails, sides of my nails, and in the middle of my nails. Sad that my nails are lumpy, no paint, left over paint all over and spent way to much. Here’s the pictures below. Just horrible.

Update: only been a couple days and they are coming off, not even filled to the sides on my fingers or the bottom. Its not about not liking the artwork. If the entitlement and bad service. AGAIN if they were filled and even and not lumpy i wouldn't have had an issue getting them repainted. But tht...

I wanted to try this place out since it had really good reviews on Google. I arrived just a little bit after 9:30am on a Saturday, it wasn't busy they, and they open at 9:00 am. I think there was maybe four customers there. They greeted me quickly and were able to sit me down for a pedicure right away. The offered water, candy and the place was pretty clean, but they did just open. Their customer service is great. I went for the most expensive pedicure which is $50 plus gel $10. In hindsight I would have given up the hot stones, hot towels, lotion and massage, if I didn't have to come home and file down some rough spots. One nail was just cut jagged. But yet she cut them down with a nail clippers and filed them. I work two jobs and I'm on my feet a lot and the outer side of my big toe gets calloused. I really wanted to give this place 5 stars, but I had to point out that it was still rough even though, callous removal is included in the pedicure I requested. At that point the owner , (i believe) came and filled a little out something on my foot and off i went, to go finish it myself, at home. I still paid $60 and gave a tip. Just because of their customer service, I will give them another try at some point... This was honestly the worst nail salon experience I’ve ever had. The prices are unreasonably high, yet the quality was terrible. I paid extra for gel polish, and by the time I got home, it was already peeling no better than regular polish. To make it worse, the technician cut my ingrown nails without asking, even though I never requested it, and now my toe is sore and painful. What frustrated me the most was the rude attitude of the female staff. They hardly understood English, and when I made requests, they did the opposite of what I asked. The staff didn’t communicate properly, worked carelessly and rushed, and showed a clear lack of respect for customers. I even questioned whether they actually have proper nail licenses. For such a small salon with only a few technicians, you’d expect them to focus on quality, but instead, it seemed like all they cared about was taking customers’ money and finishing as fast as possible. I have never wanted to leave a bad review for any nail salon before, but this experience was extremely disappointing and absolutely not worth the money. I will never return and strongly advise others to think twice before coming here. DO YOUR JOB WITH HEART and you will truly deserve generous tips.
