I have gone to this place 3 times already it came highly recommended so I trusted going there I have only bought in my nails done by the owner. Although she is very talented the service is not very good. The 1st time I went there I had to wait a long time because I showed up towards the end of the date so that was completely understandable when I went the next time to get fills I text the owner to make a set appointment for 5:30she responded to me and told me that would be fine when I got out of work I arrived at her salon at 5:20 only to see that she was already working on another lady's nails I figured she would be done with her shortly but that was not the case I waited over an hour for her to be done to start on mine even though I had an appointment. Today the same thing happened I message to her to ask her if she had time to do my nails and she told me yes that there was only one person she was working on I told her that was fine I would wait for her to be done with that 1 person I'm sitting there waiting she finishes that lady and then all of a sudden takes another girl and starts doing her nails mind you I only need fills The lady she took before me got a full set of nails so if anyone who gets their nails done on a regular would know that a full set takes a lot longer then fills. Another girl walks in to get fills as well, She only waited 10 minutes before someone started helping her with her nails. As soon as they're done helping only take off the nail Polish from her nails the other employee finally says for me to go sit down so she can start removing my nail Polish but then tells me I will then have to wait even longer before the owner starts painting and putting the designs on my nails. At this point I had been sitting there for 2 hours already so I just walked out and said never mind. The people there are very talented and the prices are very good but when you run a business where you don't follow the appointments your setting and you have your clients waiting for an obscene amount of time and you start taking other people ahead of them when they have already been sitting there waiting that is when this...

However, when I arrived Ivis referred me to another Tech. I was not greeted upon entering, instead simply pointed to the Station I was to go to and asked if I had a picture. I assumed she was asking for a picture of the design I wanted(?). The young lady she sent me to appeared caught off guard and wasnāt welcoming at all. Of course, the longer I sat she seemed to warm up and let me know she wasnāt fluent in English. We had a few stumbles as she attempted to use a black acrylic for the fill instead of white and I asked for coffin shaped nails, but I got square. The acrylic is bubbling today, my nails are too thick even though I tried to tell her that I didnāt want them thick, my tips are thick and they were not cleaned underneath. In closing, I went there for Ivis as Iād read reviews that she does good work. I didnāt learn I wasnāt with Ivis until long after sitting with someone else. I happened to read the name on her License (2 yrs experience) and asked why she was called Ivis if her name is Isabella? It was then that I learned who Ivis was and the young lady explained that Ivis was busy. How is it that Ivis was busy when I was on her calendar? If she wasnāt available she should have told me that and cancelled. There was no explanation or apology given, I was simply passed off to someone who is clearly inexperienced. I donāt want to trash the Tech as she did the best she could do in building my nails. She did do a good job with the design, however. And, I didnāt appreciate the $4.99 charge for using my debit. $40 became $49, after the fee and tip. Yes, I tipped the Tech because I think she did the best she could do. I will not return there for a number of reasons- poor Customer Service, lack of business etiquette, atmosphere, location and below average skill. Ā Ā Ā Read moreI liked it when I first left and got them done but then the next day you can see all the bad and6 nails popped off 2 on Fri then 1 2 3 etc after that I do like they have 5 day warranty after but I didn't have time I had a baptism sat and had to work at 2 and they open late at 10 if they'd open earlier I'd be able to get it fixed but I work so much I don't got the tie after10 and o ly off thrusts she charged me $60 and tired her $10 strength when I weren't I went by when I did have time owner's daughter was finishing a lady n said the girl that did mine was learning so why charge so much then I couldn't make it the next day cuz of work smh I'm embarrassed to show nails and walking around one nail off popped off idk where and only been 6 days worse...
