Lily Nail Spa — Local services in Tucson

I went to Lily Nails after I got off work it was about 5:30pm, I requested a simple fill & solid color, the lady suggested for me to get ombre with the color I had chosen, I was intrigued & agreed, I thought since she suggested this that she knew what she was doing but she painted & removed the polish 2 times I was taken aback when she started painting because the fill looked terrible & the acrylic was all over my fingers, I told her this & she seemed frustrated but spoke to her coworkers in their language 🤔I said let's just to the solid color I orginally requested. Then another lady took over & started painting my nails.... this is hard to describe so hopefully I make sense, I selected the gel polish & as you all know once this type of polish dries it is very hard(which when done right is great)she did 3 coats & their was 4 nails that had dips & the polish had dripped kinda under the nail, at this point I was so tired & beyond frustrated I decided to leave. The lady said theirs a guy that is very good & he will be here tomorrow so come back then & he'll fix for free. Its shocking/sad that this salon runs on 1 good employee.... I live about 40min away so that was added frustration.... I will not be returning to...

I was in on Friday for a full set of ombre acrylics. The lady that did my nails was lovely, showed me the color options so I could pick exactly what I liked, which I greatly appreciated. Unfortunately the quality of work did not match the initial impression. While the color on the ombre is beautiful, I did take in a picture and the end result is no where near what I wanted. Also 4 cuticles on one hand and 2 on the other were cut and now have scabs. All of the nails were a different shape, and some were quite a bit wider then my actual nail. And if all that wasnt enough I had one complete corner break off on the pointer finger so had to shorten all of them to make them look decent. I am extremely unhappy, very unimpressed and truthfully more then a little angry that I wanted 50bucks on poor quality work that obviously isnt...

I'm a disabled person who went to this nail salon , I had experienced a horrible pedicure! 😒I had trouble getting into the chair , couldn't get anyone to help me.

Plus , I hate it when those people speak in Vietnamese , I know that they were talking trash about me , thinking that I don't understand , what their saying.

The man that did my pedicure , cut into my toe skin , it was bleeding. He didn't even apologize , for doing that.

My nail polish wasn't even dried yet , he was putting my shoes back on my feet. He smugd the polish , tried to blame me for it.

They REALLY NEED disabled chairs for people who are disabled. I was in excruciating pain , when the man was done with my toes.

I found a much greater salon to go to , this place has much greater chairs , they do respect their...
