Miracle RV Park — Local services in Tucson

Been here for over 2 years had an incident with a lady harassing my dogs and then complaining that they were barking. So i moved across the park and had great neighbors. But the lady that harassed my dogs complained about every trailer around her and was recently caught throwing a rock at another person's dog. Since Mar took over the price has gone up and less seemed to be done around the park. No longer wifi included bathrooms always closed due to vandalism by homeless and druggies i have run of multiple times. This month after being in the park for over 2 years and always paying my rent and minding my own business in a corner lot. But after 2 weeks of trying to get through to the office to pay for a spot never talking to the same person twice and nobody seeming to know what is going on i finally got a response asking to fill out an application even though i have been there for over 2 years. The application seemed ridiculous and most people in the park would probably not be able to pass. Even with a co-signer i was told that my reservation is terminated due to my criminal record that has nothing but minor misdomeniors for traffic things, pot charges and d.u.i. from 15 or so years ago and i need to be out on the 3rd so i now have to find a new location for my dogs an I in about 10 days when like i mentioned i always payed my rent even as it went up multiple times over the last 2 years and the park is looking more and more empty every day over the last week or so. On top of that before they had me fill out an application they reason of my record being why my rental of a spot being terminated , they already knew about because a few months ago they were looking for someone onsite to do maintenance and at the time it first seemed like i might get the job and then they just said they couldnt get ahold of me when i had no mossed calls or emails, i repeatedly left messages daily because of that bit they just stopped ansering or getting back to me and it had to be because the background check. So basically they wanted me to pay 50 bucks plus 50 bucks for a cosigner , for an application fee that they intentionally sent lnowing i wouldnt be approved... That wasjust the most recent of shady practices I witnessed and experienced in my time dealing with Mar Communities, so i recomend avoiany to buissness with this company . Also the park is Infested with roaches , nearly every trailer i knew of had issues with them, I even heard of a few cases of bed bugs which i am greatful that I did not have any issues with, but the roaches would come up drains and cause the ground all around the park to apear to be moving at night. Mr & Mrs Luckey, you failed to mention that you were the one's that pretended to be all normal and friendly until I didn't hand deliver your mail on a Sunday! Or that you were the one that was yelling foul language at the Parks maintenance man and hit his truck with a grapefruit, then mooned him and anyone viewing and then flashed your breast at him! You were the one trying to start a fight between yourself and another tenant and you were the admitted one that went to several visitors telling them the same lies as you posted here and so they left! Keep in mind, Mrs Luckey, I have all the reports from every witness to the events that day still in your file along with all other information so if you continue to spread these lies on our sites or any sites then we will be forced to take legal actions for lost business. Mrs. Luckey, I've been nice and friendly to you and your the one that caused all the trouble. Sure you apologized to the maintenance man and the two tenants you accosted but did it bring back the visitors you ran off "NO"! It's not hearsay when you've got 4 reports from different people and your own admittance that you deliberately ran visitors off. This place….. my friend and I were on a month long road trip crossing several states and stayed at over 10 campgrounds in all. This one was the worst by far. I say that because it was the only one I felt unsafe at. I pulled to the office because that’s what you normally do to check in at campgrounds. We pulled in and everyone was staring at us like we had 3 heads, I assume because we were interrupting their party at 9 pm. They seemed to be unsure what we were doing, so I told them we had a reservation and were checking in. They got the manager, which I do have to say she was very friendly and wanted to be accommodating to us. We got to our site, and went to the bathrooms. On the way to the bathrooms which was just right across from our spot a man started hollering at us and he was holding what appeared to be sledge hammer or axe, maybe he was cutting wood? He then asked where our spot was… I of course did not reply. We got into the bathrooms and they really needed some work. We quickly just brushed our teeth went to our van and locked up for the night. Thankfully this was just a one night passing by stay. I just think the park needs a lot of work and revamping because the manager was sweet and seemed to want to help. Hope they put some work back...
