BEWARE OF BAD CUSTOMER SERICE If I could give it 0 I would. The bold man here is very judgmental. My experience here was really bad. I am originally from Minnesota but I decided to get a couple drinks at jackrabbit and ended up walking by this place, so, I said why not check it out; I haven’t been to a lot of these kinds of stores. When I went in,’ right away I handed the cashier my backpack.’ Then I looked around at everything honestly, I picked out some lingerie for my girl and.put it at the front counter. But when I finished looking around and came to the front to let the cashier know I was done looking around so I could get my backpack and could purchase the lingerie but before I could finish, he started telling me about his many cameras( like I didn’t see the big TV ) and he can see me on all the cameras, that I was looking up at the front at him ( I kept hearing the door bell ring so I looked to see who it was ) and I’m sweaty then accused me of sticking something in my pocket; at first I thought he was making a joke but he was serious but I have nothing to hide so I empty my pockets then he tells me, I didn’t plan on getting nothing because he doesn’t see any money with me but I told him I got I have cards in my wallet in my backpack and was trying to buy something but he told me he’s just asking me to leave and never come...

This is my third time reviewing this store and overall I've had more bad experiences than good. The first public review I had was 1 star and the owner contacted me and we spoke. We figured out the issue was making two young girls uncomfortable by being constantly bothered and watched like criminals even though I've dropped hundreds of dollars here. He respomded with "I'll speak with my staff but you have to understand adult shops aren't in the best of neighborhoods" I understand that but I should feel safe and comfortable coming into this store especially alone. Ive tried this shop a few more times after that incident but I no longer feel comfotable coming in here especially since I've brought different friends and after leaving they say they never want to return. I'm writing this store off my list for good. Being harassed and constantly watched every move I make is extremely uncomfortable and bothersome. Every section I go to someone (there's usually only two people staffed) comes up to me and asks me questions and lingers. Time and time again JT and the crew meet our Expectations at Adult Expectations. We are regular customers here. JT and the rest of the staff are extremely knowledgeable and kindly respectful. They always greet us with a smile, hey how you been, an occasional fist bump, lol. The store is clean, well stocked, wall to wall, organized with adult toys, lingerie, and other fun adult items. Don't hesitate to stop in and say hello, check out their selection. JT probably will ask for your ID, but also be there to help and guide you and your lover or self to your pleasure place.
