Monier — Local services in Tucson

This is by far the best apartment I have ever lived in! The application process was very easy with Val being such a great representative. The move-in was really stress free. And we all know how stressful moving can be. My apartment is lovely, all brand new stainless steel appliances, walk in shower, (HUGE bathroom), and gorgeous quarts counter tops. This complex is a SMART building as it utilizes state of the art Bluetooth technology to allow authorized access and assures security to the residents. I feel safe here! One of the best things was how easy it was to set up my internet. The wireless router is built into the wall so no cables on the floor! Signing up is super easy. Within a few minutes I was up and running. At my previous apartment I had 100 Mbps and I paid $65/mo. Here I have 500 Mbps and I pay $60/mo! My internet is flying! Makes working from home so much better. If you want Fiber, that is available too. There is a lot of good things to say about this place, how quiet it is, how everything is new, the proximity to downtown, how the trolley stop is right in front of the building. And you can't beat being right next to Seis Kitchen and La Estrella Bakery! I am recommending this place to my friends and colleagues. A great place...

Monier is brand new and so beautiful. My studio apartment is light and airy, especially when I open the Romeo and Juliet doors. The apartment location couldn’t be better for me working at the hospitals, 10 minutes from all three. It is one mile from Congress street downtown where many breweries and bars are located. The Mercado district (where Monier is located) is adorable and has lots of cute little shops, coffee, bakery, Mexican food, drinks, sushi etc. just a few steps outside the apartment. Overall its very close to everything without being in the middle of everything (safe and without the noise and traffic). It is very nice to read on the rooftop, the gym and yoga room have all the things you’d need and the apartment is located right on a greenbelt/river walk for biking/running/walking. I lived in the Monier Apartments for about 7 months. From November 2022 to June of 2023. I had to move out of state for work, but I had a wonderful experience while living there. You could not ask for a better location. The streetcar stop is right across the street and a short ride (less than 10 mins) to downtown and 4th Avenue. You also have the added convenience of the San Agustin Market and the MSA Annex being right next door as well. Which have great restaurants, places to get drinks, and wonderful little boutique shops! Not to mention amazing views of the downtown skyline and "A" Mountain. Val, the Apartment Manager, is an amazing person who is there any time you need her. She helped me make my move super easy and I can't thank her enough for working with me when I had to move out on such short notice.
