El Zumitos Juice Bar — Restaurant in Tucson

It’s sad because I was really looking forward to finding a good juice bar. The orange juice was good although not freshly squeezed, looks like they keep it in a pitcher to just pour out. Im used to seeing someone cut up the oranges in front of you and squeezing them right then when you order it.

Anyways, both times I was there to purchase a juice the man working there didn’t even talk to me. I mean like no respond to my greeting either or a how can I help you. He just turned around a few minutes later, stood by the ipad, I said my order, he typed it up, no questions or confirmations or a that is all, he turned around, poured the juice and placed it on the pick up counter and turned back to doing whatever he was doing. I thought maybe he was having a bad day, but then I read the other review from a few weeks ago and realized that this is the norm.

I had a terrible experience twice at this location with the male cashier that is in the front. He had terrible service and truly makes you feel like you are bothering him simply by ordering your juice. I tried to go a seperate time a few days and STILL was such a horrendos customer experience. I hope he has a better day, unfortunately I will NOT be returning.
