The Underestimated City — Local services in Tucson

I appreciate they attempt to keep it local but I have had several terrible experiences with them.. but this is the last straw ..I went in to purchase a specific shirt for Christmas and was told they didn’t have it in stock but could have it by tomorrow. The owner promised it would be ready the next day. I explained I live 45 minutes away and made it clear how important it was to have it for Christmas.

The next day, after making the long drive again, the employee working there said the owner had decided to not bring it in today and changed her mind.and didn’t seem to care at all. She brushed it off with a casual “check back tomorrow ” as if it wasn’t her problem.

This level of unprofessionalism and lack of accountability is unacceptable, especially during the holidays when people are counting on businesses to deliver on their promises. I won’t be going back, and I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone local or visiting. There’s plenty of more good local...

unless you are local or know of anyone that will physically go to the shop and buy what you are looking for then don't bother.That is what this store is and all it ever will be is LOCAL. I do love the homage that this company pays to the city of Tucson but aside from that this store is only good for locals. Their website is always under construction and when you are able to purchase an item it is never what they have in the stores. When you do order something online it can take weeks to get the order and half of the time it is the wrong item.When they have special edition items available, it is only in stores and you then have to resort to trying to get a family or friend that lives in the area to...

Furst off I own multiple pieces from this company. I recently suggested they help out a classroom with money earned from there education support shirts. The owner of this business felt it was necessary blast me on the internet and saying he does not care about me as a customer, also threatened to “clap” at me which is slang for shooting.
