Justin nail and spa — Local services in Tucson

I’ve been coming to this nail salon since I was 17, This place has new owners and wow they really changed the place up, very clean very pretty and the equipment is modern as well as the style. They are thorough and often checked if I was doing okay during my pedicure, they offer their opinions on the color and style. Brandon is the owner and he has a great sense of humor, heather and mia were very helpful as well. 5 starts and I will continue going there and will be happy to see the new owners grow and provide top notch services.

I have been coming here for years and the new owners are absolutely amazing. I especially enjoyed Ruby‘s care. She was very thorough and very caring. She really Listened to me and was very attentive. Was told on the phone walk ins are taken up to 4:30 since they close at 5. Not a problem but when I showed up at 4:30 for a simple nail repair I was turned away. All I wanted for my Mother's Day to myself was to have my nail fixed. Got off work at 4 so I couldn't go at an earlier time. When I told the owner you just told me 4:30 on the phone He quickly started stating they had ppl waiting he won't have time. (There was nobody in the waiting chairs) my response was why didn't you tell me that on the phone and I wouldn't have wasted the time and gas. His response was he repeated doesn't think he has time. This is my second and last attempt to ever come here the first time I left with two fingers bleeding because they wouldn't quit drilling on my cuticles. my sister spoke so highly of the owner and the establishment trying to give it another chance I went back for a broken nail repair from their previous poor excuse of a fill and that is...

I walked in to get my nails done. From the start they were not welcoming. When the lady was doing my nail, I repeated 2-3 times what was the two black dots on one of nail, she kept insisting that it was my own nail, which was not there earlier. Then, all the sudden she got frustrated and walked away and said things in her language. The guy had to finish my nails. He did an average job but he was extremely rude as well. I know for a fact those dots were not there, it was possibly left behind prior to the gel when she was cleaning my nails. I will post pictures after removing the gel to illustrate what mean but still that is not how you treat a costumer for asking a question.

Update: Once I removed the gel polish the two black dots were gone. I cannot believe I was treated this rudely for something that was clearly their fault. Below I have...
