Panda Express — Restaurant in Tucson

I was going to take pizza tonight for dinner but I decided that I was going to surprise the family with Panda Express, I tell the girl who took my order that I was ordering 5 meals so I get to the window and I pay for my order wich total to $44.08 as I take the bag from Jessica M. I asked her if everything was there and she responded with yes everything is there. I get home which is 20min away and the family starts getting what they order I notice only 4 meals were in the bag so at that moment I get very upset with panda. I got on the phone and I asked for the manager and he says he is the manager his name is Jose so I explain the whole situation and the only thing he says is that next time when I come back he will give me my meal which I didn't have for dinner so now he say the only thing I can do is give me a 30% off from the next meal which its only about $2 discount. I think who ever the area supervisor is he or she should have a one on one with this location specially managers on how to handle better...

Ordered from them online. No where does it say Doordash delivers, which is fine; except when doordash sends a text saying it was delivered and an hour later, it still was NOT delivered. I called the store and spoke to a young boy who tried to blame doordash. I called the store back twice. He tried telling me he called doordash and they are sending someone back out. He had an attitude with me the whole time saying it wasnt his problem.and he did his part. He said he remembered giving thst order out. Well it is not my fault the dasher never delivered the food NOR is it the customers fault that they USE A 3RD PARTY DELIVERY SYSTEM AND THEY DO NOT ADVERTISE THAT. The email confirmation came from PANDA EXPRESS. It says if you have a problem.with YOUR ORDER OR DELIVERY TO CALL THE STORE. Can someone please educate the workers on this?? It is not the customers fault that you cannot reach the delivery person.. i will never order from this...

Today I went to get some food and I pulled up to pay for my food and I handed the cashier my card and she swiped it and told me it was declined and I knew that I had money so I asked her to swipe it again and she again told me that it was declined so I returned the food and went and checked why my card was being declined. I knew that I in fact I had money. Anyways I went to a different place. I live in willcox az so I live an hour away when I was heading home I got a call from my bank stating that someone was trying to take money from my bank I gave them a call and they told me that from this location they tried to take money out even though the girl at the window said that my card was declined and she had swiped it twice and my total was $20 even I always go here but with this girl’s attitude I feel like I don’t want to go there again because she seemed to be in a bad mood and that just doesn’t sit...
