I have been going to this location for years. Recently I have had trouble getting an online order that is complete or correct. I even called after ordering spoke to an " assistant manager", let them know I've had trouble with my last 4 orders and if they could double check my order. It wasn't done. They substituted my pancakes with French toast sticks (which i dont like) and they told the Dasher to let me know. Hard to do when it's contacless! So I called asked for the manager who wasn't there. I let them know I paid for extra egg and bacon which I didn't get and I didn't get my drink which I paid extra for a large in a combo. I ordered extra syrup and didn't get that. The person I spoke with said they would have the manager call me back. Never happened. If this was the first time I would blow it off but it's not. I keep giving Jack-in-the-box money for items I'm not getting and apparently some of their employees really don't care. Read moreI went to the drive-thru on my way to work. I wanted to order some tacos, but Emp Cesar told me they were frozen and I couldn't order them at the moment. I was okay with that. Then I wanted an old-fashioned milkshake. Emp Cesar told me the machine was being cleaned, and I couldn't order it at the moment. I was fine with that too. So I order a number 8 large with curly fries. I was the only one in the Drive-Thru I pulled up and paid. Emp Cesar told me to park out front to bring the order to me when it was ready this was done at 4:42 AM. I was waiting for 20 mins and nothing. Then I saw a car pull up at the drive-thru so I decided to go back to the drive-thru and see what is taking so long. I pulled up to the drive-thru window and Emp Casar told me " Oh yeah we had you food ready in 15 mins. but you left from front." I was so mad I told him I've been waiting for my food for over 20mins out front, after 20mins I went back in the drive thru in less then 2mins. My food was cold. got no I'm sorry for the delay. They almost always give us tacos that have been sitting there - the tacos are hard, lettuce shrivelled.
One time the shell was so hard it broke one of my teeth no joke.
Usually I expect the edges of the shell to be hard, but when I take a bite and almost the whole bite I took is hard? Yeah, it sucks.
The Jumbo Jack Jrs I have gotten were okay, but the tacos are rarely ever fresh. Lately whoever has been making them in the evening is doing better than they were before.
It also seems like the crew has very little training, twice I went in the same cashier messed up multiple people's orders , the tables in the lobby still had trash and could clearly be seen that they hadn't been cleaned in a while, the person taking out orders didn't even know if he was taking out the order to a car or if it was one of the people in the lobby's order.
Not the worst, but by far not the best.
I will say though, most times I've gone they're really nice and have even remade...
